とても良いホテルグループかも
Pros:

ちょうど、安く泊まれる日が空いていたようで、お得だった。繁閑の差によって、相当大きな価格変動があるはず。
ともあれ、Texas Rangers の本拠地まで歩いて数分の場所なので、最適。
スタッフがよく教育されているのか、受け答えや動きが的確な感じだった。
カンファランスやイベントベースの顧客狙いの業態のようだが、それがよい運営につながっているような気がする。
その意味で、ハイアットリージェンシーにも通ずるものがある。

Cons:

部屋にバスタブがあるかと思って予約したが、なかった。部屋用のスリッパが意外にも、なかった。
ハウスキーピングの時間帯が読めないというか合わず、結局夜に来てもらう羽目になった。
最初、午後5時半ころになっても来なかったので、レンジャーズのナイトゲームに出かけるときに、ゲームの間にしてくれるよう頼んだのだが、数が多いせいか、夜9時前に帰ってきたときも、まだできていなかった。

It was convenient to stay there for an event in the area, and the hospitality/staff made it.
Pros:

We thought the staff was very hospitable. The room was fine; the bed was ok. The shower was good.

Cons:

We were there for a concert at Globe Life. The restaurants were by res only, which they did not let us know upon check in. We probably would have made a res had we known. Had to eat in the bar.

Pros:

The breakfast was great, location was excellent food was great and the staff was good, Overall very good experience

Cons:

We used the online check-in that was suppose to be faster but it was not faster.
The toilet paper was bad, should have larger towels for this quality of hotel

Nice except the restaurant/bar area service
Pros:

It was beautiful and clean

Cons:

After arriving first at a table at the restaurant and waiting, the waitress decided to approach all the other tables who had arrived after us, first. We waited patiently over 20 minutes and never got service so we left. That was very disappointing.
