Pros:

The location was great. The hotel was clean. The room service and food was great.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room on the highest floor to be away from the lower noise and foot traffic. I was surrounded by kids.

It was my understanding that the upper pool was adult only. Saturday was jam packed with multiple kids jumping on and out of the pool, splashing, and throwing balls.

I was on a staycation, looking for a peaceful lounge by the pool.

Sunday a family with about 5 kids were at the upper pool and I knew every child's name in a short time because all they did was yell their name. Thry eventually eent to the lower pool wheee they should have been to begin with.

Families come as a family to enjoy each other. Those that come to lounge and have a peaceful setting deserve an enforced area as well.

Superb stay
Pros:

This hotel was worth every penny. We ended up here following a disaster of a booking for a local apartment that we did not feel safe in.

Facilities, pool, gym and restaurant were all fabulous. All Staff super friendly and polite throughout the hotel.

Cons:

There was not one bad thing about this hotel.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Questions were answered quickly and even valet during peak times was really very kind and friendly.

Cons:

Our room was not as clean as I was expecting. One of the sheets looked to be dirty (maybe a stain) and i found several items in the floor (bobby pin, dry contact and a piece of plastic tag that was from a new item). I know there was probably a high turn over to get room ready for the next guests. I have stayed here more than once and this is the first time I have found this. We loved our stay.
