dissapointing, terrible experience
Pros:

Newly built facility, clean.

Cons:

No ambiance, cold and warehouse feeling and environment.
Rooms are very simple. Open drawer, no amenities, not even a tooth brush or any sanitary suplies, just toilet paper and a bar o hand soap, as cheap as it can get, not even a pair of slippers to have when walking on cold linoleum floor.
Very soft and plush mattress that gave me back pain

Comfortable, classy and great location.
Pros:

We loved the location. It was really fun staying in downtown San Rafael. The property was clean. Staff were friendly. Room was made up every day. we thought it was a better value for Marin County than where we usually stay. It was close to family and lots of restaurants in San Rafael. Good walks out of the hotel down 5 street or up and down 4th street.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

Good: Hotel itself, staff, amenities. Bad/Awful: bathroom
Pros:

The staff were amazing and the hotel is very nice and clean.
Other pluses: A/c worked great, attached garage, great location.

Cons:

Another hotel going that’s decided that bathrooms should also be part of the bedroom. Zero privacy other than a semi translucent door with gaps at the bottom. Can’t even turn on the bathroom lights without lighting up some of the room. King bed room, so maybe they’ve decided that if you share a bed with someone, then you might as well share your bathroom experience with them, as well. Unfortunate.

Also, square toilets? Seems odd, but didn’t really bother me. Noting this here for others.

Nice would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was central for walking. It was modern, and clean.

Cons:

The bathroom lacked privacy to the toilet. It was more like a stall than water closet. Parking was a bit tight for the price.

Perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway.
Pros:

The location was great, downtown San Rafael was central to lots of places to visit. The hotel was quiet and clean with a modern feel.

Cons:

Parking was a bit hit and miss. There is a garage onsite which was $30 per day and for that rate I would expect to have a guaranteed spot but on the last night there was nothing available. We were able to park on the street though and that felt safe enough.

I loved my stay there. Although I was only there for two nights, everything met my expectations and I felt very comfort
