Very clean, great location, good for a short stay.
The room is small
Modern and clean facilities in a great location in downtown Austin.
Rooms are much smaller than advertised. Very tiny bathroom that is barely separate from the rest of the room / sleeping area. Very expensive for what you get.
That you can control your very thing with the tablet, the led lights are amazing
I couldn’t use my strainer because it knocked all the power and maintenance had to come in and turn it back on. I couldn’t have it on longer than three minutes.
Very clean and easy check in and out process
Overall it was great! Location, facilities and social areas/food availability for guests late was a plus!
The room was very small and had to go up two different elevators to get to room everytime

The AC was wasn’t working well. Had to get a small fan front the front desk. The from is the size of a cruise ship cabin so for it not the have air was crazy. The TV had issues and I couldn’t stream. They said they knew it was an issue but I didn’t receive anything in spite of these two issues

The rood top waiter was rude. The extra parking fee. The rooms are not that good. Felt like I was in a ventilated box
Did not stay..AC was not working...my High Floors room on 8th floor out of 17 floors.
No parking..or even suggesting where to park.
Was like a dorm room. Bathroom door was not air tight..
Was told my 3rd party was collecting stay..so couldn't help with refund..BUT on my card charge was thru the hotel..sucks.
Too trendy..not comfortable lobby..room like a capsule.
