Pros:

Parking was ample. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Floors were dirty, halls and room smelled of food, the single elevator was out of order, back door was held open with a rock allowing anyone to enter.

Absolutely terrible! A nightmare experience.

I’ve never had a worse hotel experience in my life! To start, the hallway carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks- trash and dirt all over. The smell of the hotel room was overwhelming, like rotten food and moldy water. The bathroom wall paint behind the toilet was stained. The bed sheets were dirty and stained and had hair from the previous guests. There was a particularly disgusting dried stain on the sheets. The hotel didn’t even bother to change the sheets and simply made a dirty bed. See pictures. I was so disgusted that I left and did not spend the night. The hotel refused to reimburse me and merely only offered to give me clean sheets. Absolutely abhorrent! I would NEVER stay at this hotel!

Lovely place cozy clean and comfy for the kids and I.
Pros:

omg so nice after staying at motels for a week prior, nice kitchen for the kids and I clean sheets lovely view

Cons:

because it's 4th of july coming prices are sky rocketing number i can't afford to stay longer. wish they had a pool but i just needed a clean place to recover rest and heal from the trauma of motels I had been staying at week prior.

Samantha and the staff were awesome and I look forward to my next visit.
Pros:

The property is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. My room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Samantha, the general manager, was incredibly kind and does an outstanding job managing the property. I will certainly choose to stay here again during my future visits to Southern California.

Cons:

There was nothing at all I didn’t like about my stay.
