Excellent accommodation, very convenient due it's closeness to the Skytrain stop.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, both got and cold food constantly replenished. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Cons:

It was all fine.

Pure trash
Pros:

Close to airport after flight was canceled if everything was not sold out I would have left

The staff sucked they were rude and ignorant last thing we needed after a long day and changing in at midnight

Excellent location, staff and facility
Pros:

The staff was fantastic! We only had 1 problem. There was 3 spots of blood on the bathroom floor and someone else's hair in the shower. We told the front desk about the blood (noticed the hair later) but said not to worry about it. We are nurses and cleaned it up but thought it should be noted for the future. Otherwise everything was great!

It was an excellent, comfortable stay! I will definitely be booking again.
Pros:

This hotel was extremely close to the Gateway Arena, which was where my son’s Jiu Jitsu tournament was being held. The staff were amazing and the stay was extremely comfortable!

I loved everything about this property!

Pros:

Excellent customer service. Especially with the front desk when I first checked in. Then I got a text message the next day asking me how everything was going. The service here was really great

Cons:

The kitchen could have been just a little cleaner. Especially the floor. They didn't really sweep the corners well. But other than that the room was clean. I will stay at this hotel again

Ideal stop after a long flight and up early to pick up a hire car
Pros:

If you want a hotel for an airport stay it's perfect. We came from the international terminal and got the bus to the car rental centre and the skytrain back, the bus queue to the domestic terminal was long. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but a good choice before setting off. Near the skytrain station.

Cons:

It's nothing special but that's what you're paying for, the convenience.

All in all I would say my stay was fair. Probably would have been better if the outage hadn’t occurred.
Pros:

It was in close proximity to an event I was attending.

Cons:

Check-in was doozies because they had an outage. So, everything had to be done manually, which threw everything off. Ended up not getting the room I booked which was fine, I switched thinking it would be a price difference as the lady mentioned, but nope. I was charged the same as if I had the room I booked. Valet was backed up too due to a rush.
