Wonderful place! Definitely recommend!
Pros:

So many great things! Our room at Comfort Suites St. Augustine was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of outlets and charging ports by the bedside, along with bedside lights and even a mounted swivel flashlight for checking on something in the middle of the night.

The room featured a large flat-screen TV positioned between the bed and a small sitting area, a workstation for those traveling on business, and a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was stocked with large mounted bottles of lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, soft, thick towels, and a nice shower. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained.

My husband and I especially appreciated the extra security of having to swipe our room key to use the elevator. We also liked that the room key activated the lights, which seemed like a brilliant way to conserve electricity. The complimentary continental breakfast was another convenient perk.

The best part of our stay, however, was Amy at the front desk. She was professional, helpful, and incredibly patient. She checked us in when we arrived and checked us out the next day, and on both occasions she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She patiently helped us plan our time in downtown St. Augustine and even helped us get discounted tickets to local attractions. Her outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable!

Cons:

The breakfast was well stocked and fresh but there were a few things that would have made it more enjoyable. My husband didn't care for the eggs. He said they were powdered. Also, I was hoping for some fresh fruit such as melon, pineapple, and berries.

Toller Aufenthalt mit winzigen Mängeln

Große, geräumige Zimmer. Modernes Hotel. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Tolles Servicepersonal. Sauberes Badezimmer. Leckeres Frühstück. Klimaanlage kühlt hervorragend. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten vom historischen Teil entfernt.

Cons:

Wir haben einen abgebrochenen künstlichen Fingernagel neben dem Bett gefunden - wurde wohl nicht sorgfältig geputzt. 10$ für den Parkplatz. Der Pool-Bereich ist etwas lieblos gestaltet.

This is a perfect location if you want to go to the beach or downtown, the staff is very friendly and everything is clea

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the water system in the gym area. I wanted to get some water from there but it wasn’t working

Good stay
Pros:

It was clean, staff was friendly, and it was a good value. Quiet environment. No items that I notice in poor repair.

Cons:

The bed was way too hard. If you like a firm mattress you will do well but I am a plush girl so I did not do well at all.
