Price is not worth the quality. Very unsanitary and gross overall
Pros:

There was very little to enjoy about this place. The only aspect that was appreciated was that once I made a complaint about my room, the staff did transfer us to a different one. There were not many differences between the two cleanliness wise, but it was a small improvement. Although, I definitely should not have to ask to be transferred in the first place.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness was a zero. The first room had multiple areas of blood, mold, cigarette burns, hair, and other sticky substances/ stains, and it was unable to lock, therefore we had to get transferred to a different room. Unfortunately we couldn't get transferred until the next morning so we did have to sleep in the room. I was not satisfied in the urgency. The second room we were in was able to lock, and had no blood in it, but there were still stains and other sticky substances everywhere that made us uncomfortable with the stay.

I could hear dogs, barking and babies crying all night. I’m not sure if people live here or not, but

I like that it was in a convenient location. And I like that they had a microwave downstairs.

Cons:

I wish I had a refrigerator and a microwave but other than that, my stay was decent.

The location was close to family.

Cons:

The place was dirty. Elevator dirty. Floor dirty.
Rooms squashed and sheets has bleach stains. Unacceptable. Extremely low standard.
It should name a Motel instead of a hotel.

They asked for cash for damage fee instead of card.

On booking. Com the pictures does not reflect the accommodation . It seems like homeless people lives there.
People travelled from for its not nice to be deceived.

Would not recommend.
The guy at the front desk was calm. They don't want to give you back your money for fillty accommodation. Picture of the bed they offered really disrespectful.

Decent place to stay.
Pros:

It was exactly where I wanted to be, close to the caribbean restaurants & the mall.

Cons:

The "loaner" room I was given for the night until my room was ready wasn't clean. They were fully booked.

Absolutely the worst!!!
Pros:

Nothing!!

Cons:

The bed had hair under the covers. The towels looked like the were used. The emergency lock was missing. The walls were dirty. Nothing about this room equal the amount of money I paid especially using a 3rd party app. The microwave was in the lobby. There was trash behind the bed. Look like it had not been swept in years.
