No TV!
Pros:

As I stated in my ratings the room was great the staff was great the room was spacious it was bright it was clean it was comfortable for my fiance to ride his scooter and to use his walker the bathroom was just super duper large enough for him to roll in being a handicapped person in the shower was set up perfectly for a handicap person everything in the room was great

Cons:

The only disappointing thing was not having any TV the cable was out and I didn't see like a little discount of anything for not having no TV because I'm sure having TV is included in the bill so if you don't have TV it should be a deduction 10% 15% something for not having no TV.
Also we had a beautiful king size bed but it was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable.

Good value, few issues but great staff helped resolve them.
Pros:

The woman on reception was very helpful with a couple of issues I had.

Cons:

There was no tv or wifi in the hotel when I arrived because of a technical fault, but they did let me know this at the desk and asked if I still wanted to check in.

That the building has washer and dryer units

Cons:

Check in didn’t work initially. Had to wait a half hour for it to show. Also there was a bug in my bed and shower was not very clean with low water pressure.

It served my needs but I'm not likely to stay again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for what I was there for. The price was affordable.

Cons:

I've never stayed an an extended stay hotel so I didn't know what to expect - I had no idea I would not be supplied with the basic necessities (i.e. towels, trash bags, toiletries, etc). At the very least the check-in staff pulls ask incoming guests if they are familiar with how things work so a guest doesn't go into a room only to find out they have essentially nothing except a bed! Simple, friendly communication is all that's needed.
