Pros:

The receptionist is kind and helpful. The mattress is comfortable.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel is declining. (I lodged at Reisdence Inn monthly for business trip) .I noticed that there are hairs in the shower stall and dust and hairs on the carpet this time. The bathroom sink is clogged too.
