After having a very disappointing experience at a nearby accommodation, I found myself needing to cancel my reservation and find a place to stay on very short notice. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience when I checked into the Dolce.
I had originally planned to stay at the Guitar Hotel, but I’m so grateful things worked out the way they did because I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop views were absolutely stunning.
A special thank you to Keiry, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during an unexpected and stressful travel situation. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my needs truly stood out and made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare and greatly appreciated.
The entire staff made me feel at home, and what started as a last-minute change ended up being the highlight of my trip. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
If you book a room, be sure to request one with a view of the Guitar Hotel the view is amazing!

Decor was decent
I would say good location if you are just looking for a close, somewhat cheaper option than the hard rock but sleeping did come easy all night. McDonald’s directly in front of hotel was 24 hours so the noise from outside was noticeable but expected. It was the noise from inside the hotel hallways that really made it difficult. Doors of room are very thin. Even on a weeknight there was a lot of activity. It was clean but not worth the money to not get a good nights sleep.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and smells amazing. The service is one of the best I’ve experienced in Florida. The shuttle to the casino was excellent, and everyone was very friendly, including the valet staff.
