G7 מושלם! חבל שיש הגבלה על מיקום הילדים במסעדה..
עצם העובדה שהאוכל כשר הייתה משמעותית מאוד עבורנו!

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית מאוד (מאוד) וחוזרת על עצמה כמעט ללא גיוון. חדר אוכל נפתח ב07:00 אבל הכנת חביתות רק בשעה 08:00 (לילדים רעבים זו כבר שעה לא רלוונטית).
לפני שהגענו התכתבתי עם המלון וסיפרתי שאנחנו חוגגים יום הולדת ויום נישואין והם ציינו שישמחו להעניק לנו במתנה צלחת פירות. מאז ללא התייחסות.. זה בסדר להגיד שלא יכולים לתת, אבל הפער מבאס.
כל יציאה מהמלון הצריכה אובר במחירים יקרים.

וגולת הכותרת שגרמה לי לברוח מהמלון מוקדם יותר משעת הצ׳ק אין שביקשתי- אורח במלון שפשוט לא אהב את זה שיש ילדים במלון, התחיל לצעוק בארוחת הבוקר למה הילדים צועקים ומשתוללים, בהמשך צילם את הילדים בבריכה משתוללים- וכשפניתי אליו הוא דיבר בצורה מאוד לא מכבדת. הייתי מצפה מצוות המלון להזהיר אותו ולהתייחס, אני ומשפחתי היינו מבועתים ולא רצינו להתעסק עם משטרה וכו אבל ממש הרגשנו מוטרדים.
היינו היחידים כנראה עם ילדים, אולי המלון יותר מתאים לזוגות ולא למשפחות.
אנחנו לא נחזור.

Cons:

At check in alba the front desk staff told me I didn’t have a reservation after I pre checked online took get 10 minutes to find my room information and had a attitude and insisted my room was somewhere else after I prepaid online I’ve stayed here about 4 times and was never treated in that way. Customer service explanation should be reviewed with staff member.
