Would not stay again. Would find a different place if more surgery was necessary.
Pros:

Checking in. After that. NOTHING.

Cons:

Checking went well but it was down hill after that. The room smelled, couldn’t figure out tv programming. Guide on tv was not the same as actual channels. Front desk was unable to provide hard copy of tv channels. As we had to stay two nights due to surgery, this was so bad. Air in room was so cold we had to ask for extra blankets. Couldn’t get any heat. When you walked outside to car all you could smell was marijuana being used. Maintenance person said he could do nothing about temperature of room

Pros:

Staff was kind.

Cons:

The breakfast was ridiculous. The power kept going off in the breakfast area bc there was an extra toaster plugged into one outlet. It took us 45 minutes to make one waffle. For a large hotel, this is uncalled for.

bed was not bad

Cons:

the rooms, the cleanliness, the lack of parking, the service. The room I checked in had a very noisy air conditioner. I asked to change room and I was given a key for a different room. When I opened the door people were already occupying the room.
