Pros:

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was also pleased that we were allowed to check out an hour after normal time.

Cons:

We were expecting a complimentary breakfast that most hotels offer. We even asked the woman at the front desk about the breakfast in the morning and she failed to mention that it was $17 per person.

Will probably come back if I'm in the area again
Pros:

It was clean, bed was relatively comfortable and price was great for the area. We just stayed to sleep and didn't get a chance to use any of the available spas or whatnot else.

Cons:

The drain in the floor in the bathroom area, outside of the shower and at the foot of the sink, was caked with hair underneath the grid and emitted a slight smell in the bathroom area. For the cleaner to get in there it would require her to run around with a screwdriver. We were only staying to sleep, checked in at night and checked out in the morning so I didn't feel like it was a big deal especially for the price. It was the cheapest room I found, cheaper than surrounding AIRBNBs. The rest of the room was absolutely spotless.
