I did not feel safe in the rooms offered. I had to move to other lodging. I would like a refund.
Pros:

Nothing as the room I got did not look like the accommodations pictured on.your.website.

Cons:

The room were in need of refurbishment. Wallpaper peeling, cuts in the wallpapper., the clerk tried to place us in.a basement without windows. The room was not clean and did not feel safe.

does the job for one or two nights
Pros:

check in was good and fast , the guy didn speak much but gave us what we need and explains chekcouot and deposit fees.
the next day yhe lady also was nice she told me that cofee was free the rest was not

I kept my room clean and didn’t require service and was either told to book another place on the spot or accept the last

Cons:

Bett unbequem, Toilette und Dusche nicht so sauber, Klimaanlage laut und der kalte Luftstrom direkt ins Gesicht, Zimmer eng und unbequem…einfach unverschämt teuer für was man hier bekommt.

convenient for a quick stay, friendly folk tho their english should improve, not high recommendation
Pros:

there was no breakfast offered. there's no place for that in the lobby.
fair price for NYC, but still high for me.

Cons:

the room had issues:
t- he security bolt on the door didn't work, fell off! I jiggled a bit and made it safe, but I showed the chain to the desk.
- the remote only turned on the TV and played the current channel, but the screen never showed the show's picture. Is the remote dead?
- the tub seemed to not drain, so I didn't take a shower.
- some of the wall paper was peeling by the window.

Horrible stay
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, too small actually very small rooms felt like I was in China, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.Shady people staying in hotel, which should really be classified as a motel I've stayed in Motel 8 that was a lot cleaner and spacious. Lights were flickering in my bathroom, and drain this clogged in my sink.

La fachada era horrible. El cristal estaba muy sucio. El parking estaba demasiado lleno. Tuvieron que mover un coche para poder sacar el mío a las 5 de la mañana para poder llegar al aeropuerto
