The atmosphere was definitely a vibe, from the Hotel rooms being like Airbnb style then hotel room and the pool area was phenomenal. Will definitely return to this location when I visit NOLA BABY !❤️
The cockroach dead in the room when we first got there, let me know they didn't clean well before we arrived.

Nice / door was not closing to rest room
The pool space was absolutely amazing! It was always very clean and quiet.
It was walking distance to restaurants, bars and corner shops. We always felt safe. You can walk along the river and land right on the edge of the market. It’s a quick shot to Frenchmen and the Marginy.
I need a full length mirror when I travel. I want to walk out of the door feeling my best when I’m traveling. The bed was a bit broken in and lopsided. I assume people had been standing on the edge to see into the bathroom mirror. If you need to spend a lot of time towards the quarter, expect to send a lot on ubering back in forth. Otherwise, the neighborhood was great!
It was very spacious and quiet. I liked that it was gated, requiring code to enter even the parking area. It is pretty far from everything, but there is a bus stop pretty close, so getting around wasn't bad.
The beds were not very comfortable. The information during booking was incorrect. My booking stated that the pool was open until 10:00pm, but the sign in at the desk said until 6:00pm, when we asked about it we were told it would be open until 8:00pm. The information sent the day we checked in stated to place our trash outside of room during certain hours and it would be picked up, we did that but ours was never picked up. We did not see a dumpster on site or we would have taken it ourselves. There was a lack of staff most of the week, which was fine as there seemed to not be many guests, but does make it difficult if you need anything (like pool towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc)

Rachel was incredible! She gave us amazing suggestions on places to eat and things to do.
The area was quiet and safe with delicious restaurants just a short walk away and a beautiful park just around the corner. Highly recommend finding the neighborhood bean museum as well.

Parking is NOT included which didn't really make sense given that the lot was mostly empty while we were there.
The lock on the outside door was very difficult to work and often required multiple tries

The Suite was very spacious and comfortable with full kitchen, washer and dryer.
The sound fr AC units or the perhaps the hot tub was very loud. Our room was on the second floor and we could hear this loud sound constantly.
Great value for 4 friends traveling for Jazzfest--we each got our own bedroom and bathroom for the same price as an Airbnb! (We rented two suites.) Also loved the pool.
Hot tub was broken during our stay, and a 4pm check-in seems kind of late. Also, one of the bedrooms in each suite didn't have a window, which wasn't totally clear from the pictures or description.

Service, service, service. No one is ever at front desk to help with questions, getting towels, restocking bathroom.
The sliding doors are hard to work sometimes and can get stuck.
Not super clean - lots of dust under the bed.
