A beautiful hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Rachel was incredible! She gave us amazing suggestions on places to eat and things to do.

The area was quiet and safe with delicious restaurants just a short walk away and a beautiful park just around the corner. Highly recommend finding the neighborhood bean museum as well.

The pool was beautiful. We loved the hot tub and the pool towels

Everything was clean and well maintained.

They had everything you might need to cook or eat in the suite.

Cons:

The listing says indoor pool and there is not an indoor pool

Parking is NOT included which didn't really make sense given that the lot was mostly empty while we were there.

The lock on the outside door was very difficult to work and often required multiple tries

Nice base for our NOLA days
Pros:

Very nice size living area/kitchen. The main staff member we interacted with was wonderful. Secure and Quite no issues. Nice pool.

Cons:

Parking lot was empty but very expensive.

Great value! Nice pool, cool location in the Bywater.
Pros:

Great value for 4 friends traveling for Jazzfest--we each got our own bedroom and bathroom for the same price as an Airbnb! (We rented two suites.) Also loved the pool.

Cons:

Hot tub was broken during our stay, and a 4pm check-in seems kind of late. Also, one of the bedrooms in each suite didn't have a window, which wasn't totally clear from the pictures or description.

It was great spot for Jazz Fest away from the hustle bustle.
Pros:

The Suite was very spacious and comfortable with full kitchen, washer and dryer.

Cons:

The sound fr AC units or the perhaps the hot tub was very loud. Our room was on the second floor and we could hear this loud sound constantly.

Pros:

Well located. The pool would have been nice if we could have used it!

Cons:

Service, service, service. No one is ever at front desk to help with questions, getting towels, restocking bathroom.

The sliding doors are hard to work sometimes and can get stuck.

Not super clean - lots of dust under the bed.

It was fine but not great.
Pros:

Modern appliances in the rooms. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Cons:

Pool looked cloudy the entire time we were there. Not inviting at all. Hot tub was lukewarm at best.

Cute Place to Stay in Bywater
Pros:

I thought it was a decent amount of space. It was a close walk to a few bars and restaurants and the Bywater neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed.

Cons:

It was exactly as I expected, no issues.

WOULD 100% return!!
Pros:

As soon as we turned onto the street, we were blown away by the security and BEAUTY of the property. Everyone that worked there was absolutely wonderful and helpful, and I cannot stress how thrilled we were with not only the property, but the room, which had two separate bedrooms (great for families!), and a large open space to hang. We had a happy shock to find out that the room had a full sized washer and dryer, so we went to the local Walgreens and got travel-sized detergent and dryer sheets and very gratefully washed a few days worth of clothes before our cruise left.

Cons:

We were a bit confused when we arrived where to check in, but were met with friendly and helpful people to assist us in getting to our room and getting our car parked in a spot. Very happy to have our vehicle inside a secure location.

The property was pristine. Beautiful pool area, plenty of parking. Our rooms were clean and modern. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Ok. Not having a dark bedroom was probably worst issue.
Pros:

Nice facility, Clean room.

Cons:

Only one blind on window, No curtains. Bedroom extremely light because gaps between curtains and window.
Needed codes for parking, building and room entry. None (save room) were backlit or lit. Very difficult to see and enter.
Only automated responses to calls for service. Calls generated tickets that could be edited but not canceled. Set off smoke detector with toaster and had no way to reach anyone immediately. Fortunately, it was 8:30PM, not later, after a few minutes a staff member arrived and shut it off. Frustrating not being able to contact a real person.
Ice maker was not on so had no ice first night. Staff member turned it on but said they left it turned off so it didn't overflow. Not optimal.
Wifi was offline first morning and 3rd night.
