Tolles Appartement. In 20 Minuten in Manhatten.
Pros:

Das Appartement war genauso wie beschrieben. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Bei Probleme wurde sofort geholfen. Prima Zimmerservice.

Pros:

Location was good as we could often take one subway into main Manhattan. The staff at reception were really friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

Breakfast was amenties were good and the hotel offered different meat breafast options each day. Plenty of options for a healthy breakfast.

Bed was really comfy and we were pleased that there was a kitchenette.

Cons:

The breakfast area is extremely busy in the morning. It appears that the hotel need to allocate more space to acomodate the amount of people having breakfast.

Hôtel, idéalement, situé au top par rapport à son rapport qualité prix et le reste des hôtels que vous trouverez sur Man
Pros:

L’établissement est idéalement situé très proche du métro Ligne F ou M à Queensbridge 7 minutes à pied, qui vous met tout de suite à 10 minutes du centre de Manhattan. Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins, le déjeuner est très frugal et bon, idéal, quand on sait qu’on fera une journée marathon de promenade, découverte et visite.

Cons:

Nous avons loué une chambre normalement pour 4 Max avec un lit et un canapé-lit, le lit était très confortable, mais le canapé-lit pas du tout. Si vous voulez que les chambres soient faites et que les serviettes soient changées, il faut demander auprès de la réception chaque jour, sinon vous rentrez le soir et ça ne sera pas fait. Mais le point positif c’est qu’il n’y a pas besoin d’insister, ils viennent tout de suite faire et corriger les choses. Le vitrage est un peu faiblard côté isolation et on entend le ronron de l’usine à côté mais cela finit par bercer.

Pros:

Very Courteous, Respectful and Prompt Staff! Breakfast is super busy but managed well.
10 min walk to train station and convenient location to connect to Manhattan and upper East side.

Cons:

VERY LOUD area. They probably gave us the worst room location in terms of noise for 7 nights. There is a factory next door which starts running at 3am with Boulder dropping noise, a scrap metal yard runs all night and dump trucks comes every night which cause traffic and honking. Top that with street party noise at 1am. Elevator lanes can get long. They should have stairway access from inside hotel, not on the outside. .

Lokacija nije bila loša.

Cons:

Prvog dana smo imali začepljenje odvoda u tuš kabini. Peškiri se menjaju na 3-4 dana. Nemaju čišćenje soba. Hrana loša. Bukvalno nemaju sir! Na par stotina gostiju imaju tri tostera koji su neophodni obzirom da su im hlebovi razledjeni. Jaje se sprema na jedan način. Ne znam da li je to standard za Ameriku ali za mene koji sam iz Evrope ovo je ispod svakog standarda

Chambre salle ! Demande de dédommagement !

Mon séjour s’est déroulé du 9 au 20 mars 2026. Le ménage n’a pas été fait pendant 5 jours malgré des demandes répétées chaque jour auprès des équipes de l’hôtel.

JAMES, le manager sur place, a validé le fait de me rembourser une nuit d’hôtel en compensation (environ 160 $), mais aucun virement n’a été effectué…

En parallèle, j’ai échangé avec une dizaine de contacts du SAV Booking pour obtenir un retour, mais malgré mes appels et mes mails, je n’ai toujours aucune réponse…

Est-ce qu’avec ce message visible de tous, j’aurai enfin un retour de quelqu’un afin d’obtenir mon dédommagement ?

Pour vous détailler davantage la situation : en plus des poubelles non ramassées, du lit non fait et du ménage globalement absent dans la chambre, les serviettes de bain étaient sales, avec parfois du chewing-gum/ des traces jaune (crottes de nez…) et le joint de la fenêtre était cassé laissant passer le froid extérieur.

Bref, hôtel à éviter… et j’attends toujours mon remboursement !
