Great hotel in Concord!
Pros:

The women at the front desk were friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early. The room was a good size and nicely laid out. The king bed was very comfortable. There were two armchairs in the room -one at a desk and one with a standing breakfast table. There was a microwave and a mini frig in the room. The bathroom was a good size with a large modern shower and countertops and a couple of shelves near the sink. The hotel provided a very good hot breakfast along with cold cereals and fruit. We will definitely stay here again1

Cons:

The only thing missing was a pool but the property did not have land on which to have a pool.

Great choice for a hotel in Concord!
Pros:

The Hampton Inn in Concord was an excellent choice. The King room was large with a comfortable bed, two extra armchairs -one at a desk and one with a breakfast table, a microwave and mini refrigerator. The air conditioner worker very well. The bathroom was very well laid out with a counter and shelves. The shower was roomy and very modern with an excellent shower spray! There was a very nice hot breakfast along with cereals, fruit, bread, muffins and beverages.
The women at the front desk were friendly and we were allowed to check in an hour early. We will definitely stay her again!

Cons:

The only thing missing was a pool. There wasn't enough land to put one in but it would have been welcomed.

Cons:

We we're not told about the 10.00 parking fee either on the booking.com website or when we checked in. We were only told about it when I asked at check out when the "60.00 Incidentals fee" will be reversed. We were told that 10.00 of it is the parking fee. And the remaining 50.00 would be reversed in about 3 days.

Clean, comfortable and close to John Muir Medical Center.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The parking fee. I expect that at SFO but not in Concord. It was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I felt like they were “nickel-diming” me!
