Beautiful property and located in a very nice distance from the surgery center
Beautiful
Do like having a human on site to activate key as had trouble with my reservation.also I chose hotel because of security in parking lot.i stayed at Hampton inn last trip and 12 vehicles were broken into.ouch!!
Everything was nice and elegant.. Really enjoyed my stay. The price should be a little cheaper during the week day, but overall worth the money
Only the price during the week.. but I really enjoyed the stay
I expressed my concerns about virtual check in and staff helped get around virtual check in. They were great!!!!! They need a raise!
Virtual check in!! I DO NOT LIKE VIRTUAL CHECK IN AT ALL!! It wants to take my pic just to check in, ABSOLUTELY NOT!! QR codes and phones for room keys!!! NO!! This makes it too easy for traveling hackers to break into my room!!!! I want to check in at a front desk, I want to be greeted every time I walk in the door. I want plastic disposable hotel keys, not something else to add to my phone. And have to worry about phone dying. I do not like that if I want something I have to text and wait for a reply instead of calling front desk. Had to go get personal blankets from the car. Staff only brought sheets when I asked for bedding for pull out couch. I think it sucks that these hotel companies are greedy and looking for more and more ways to use more technology to avoid paying actual employees to work. The location didn’t feel safe either. HadI known this hotel was virtual, I wouldn’t have picked this hotel.
It looks just like the photos.
The the restaurant wasn’t open.
The lobby
The staff were barely around, breakfast was too expensive for just a ham and cheese croissant, my room wasn’t clean when i got there, the shower sucks
