Interesting place to stay.
Pros:

Good place to stay. A little quirky with the log in and use of QR codes to access everything. Breakfast not included and bizarre way of paying with a digital camera that recognises items and charges. Too much emphasis on IT and not enough on cleanliness.

Cons:

Too much emphasis on IT (great if you like that sort of thing), not enough on basic cleanliness. For example the lift hadn't been mopped for ages.

A 5 star hotel originally by inside appearance. I guess the value come in no landscaping and few employees. I loved it;

The room was large and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Cons:

The front area staff, there is no check in desk, we’re essentially useless and borderline rude. That’s the first time I’ve ever experienced a no personal contact check in so I’ll write it up to that. 1st time I’ve used my phone as a door key. That was interesting, no complaint. A heads up on the no personal contact would’ve gone a long way.

Beautiful facility but lacking in privacy and peaceful rest
Pros:

Fenced in property with 24/7 security onsite and beautiful landscape and building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved that we checked in online and got our room key via email as a QR code. Very 21st century!

Cons:

Walls are paper thin. Our next door neighbor was on the phone on speaker. We could almost hear what the guy was saying on the phone word for word. The AC was so quit it didn’t drown out the noise. I had to put the music channel on and turn the volume up (bc I need a loud fan anyway) to fall asleep. If you want a safe location that feels classy but don’t plan on caring if anyone hears your conversation or other activities, this is a good place for you.

The rooms and beds where beyond comfortable. And I loved it had indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was so friendly and great ! And very helpful with checking in.. the location was great and security was always 🚓 the parking lot.. so that was great.

Cons:

The only thing I wasnt happy about it say breakfast online but it wasnt complimentary you had to pay for it ao we went somewhere else and ate cause wasnt a big selection..
