Terrible Management

Management was actively rude. The cancelled my adult son's three night stay after his flight was cancelled (and wouldn't let me check in for him), then charged him for a new room, effectively selling him hotel space they'd sold twice already. Management told me they where following Hilton protocols (in cancelling the rooom), but only Booking.com could process any refund request (which Booking.com's rep attempted and Hilton denied, presumably following those same protocols). When I asked the Manager if he would be upset if it was his own $1,600 that was forfeit, he said he wouldn't have booked through a third-party site. So, terrible customer service from Hilton. Do not book any Hilton property through this platform. Stick with Hyatt or Marriott or IHG or independent properties that care about their customers. Being a Hilton Honors member made no difference.

Great experience.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the amenities were perfect. The proximity to the stadium was ideal for the World Cup game.

Cons:

1.На ресепшене грубо отказали мой номер и дали номер ниже категории .2. Убирают номера ни каждый день , а через день . 3. Очень грубые работники на завтраке , официанты очень плохо относились . Работают с одолжением , как будто ты у них дома в гостях :((

Had a great time
Pros:

I liked the location next to Mercedes Benz stadium and State Farm’s arena. The hotel is new and spacious! It’s The valet parking staff is impecable!!!!

Cons:

The pool area is not big enough for so many rooms. The is lack or personnel to take care of the towels, umbrellas etc. There is not enough shade for all and some umbrellas are broken

Poor choice for the money spent.
Pros:

The atmosphere. Customer service was great.

Cons:

Had to pay $65 for valet and didnt leave once I settled. $75 early check in fee and no microwave in the room.
