I like everything about the property and it’s a great place to stay
Did not do breakfast. Wasn't included with stay
$65 dollar a night forced charge to park a 10 yr old truck, I could have parked myself.
The property was very clean and I had no issues. The room was immaculate.
There needs to be more security me and my husband went up to the third floor. Just taking a look at the hotel and we were on the third floor near the conference centers and apparently it looked like to be a homeless man. He had no shoes on he was on the cell phone and me and my husband looked over at him and he yelled at my husband said do something and call him a derogatory name. I did call up to the front desk to let them know, but I was very uneasy after that just to know that they had random people just sitting in areas so I definitely think security needs to be on the lookout for those type of things, especially in the city like Atlanta. also at the restaurant on the fourth floor the bartender was very rude. We are ordered two margaritas and he just assumed that we wanted Casamigos and my husband said hey I would like patron and he said well you didn’t tell me that he was very rude. And then expected a tip.He did not even fill my husband‘s glass up and came up with an excuse talking about he gave me a double shot. That’s why my husband‘s glass wasn’t full but the Bell man Dominique definitely needs a raise because every time I saw him, he was very nice. He had a pleasant smile on his face and he was willing to help. Oh and I also forgot that the front desk lady put the wrong number on my key card so we actually went to the wrong door. I had to call up to the front desk and Dominique helped me told me where the phone was and also helped me with my bags to my room so thank him for that he definitely needs a raise or some type of recognition.
Luxury at its peak
Perfect location right beside the Mercedes-Benz and the Home Depot backyard excellent location
It was nothing to not like about it
Very nice clean great location
Location, restaurant was great, great for conference attendance
Very nice property. Front desk, ushers, bar tenders and valet personnel where awesome.
I was not happy with the food service personnel or the first floor store personnel. They were very short and rude. Bad experience with the buffet staff. The buffet hostesses was great. Our waiter was ok.
Everything from Valet at arrival to every single staff staff member we came across
! Eveyone was polite helpful and efficient.
The rooms and hotel including grounds were spotlessly clean, the hotel smells amazing everywhere! The coffee from the shop was delicious! Pool area and staff were amazing.
Couldn't fault a thing!
Nothing eveything was amazing
The cleanliness and ambiance
No one takes responsibility
The staff was absolutely amazing and one of the best parts of the stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous amenities and incredible views. Overall, the property has a very upscale feel, and there is a lot to love about the hotel itself.
I specifically booked and paid for a room with both a city and stadium view, but when I arrived, I was given a stadium and forest view instead. I had to change rooms multiple times and ultimately ended up paying more just to get the specific view I had originally booked and expected. It turned into an unnecessary hassle that took away from the experience.
The elevators can also be pretty slow, especially when the hotel and stadium are busy. Valet parking is $65 per day plus tax bring it to $78 a day, and there really isn’t a convenient free parking alternative. Because of the stadium events and surrounding activities, getting your car from valet can take an extremely long time — at one point, the wait was close to an hour. You’re paying a premium for valet but can still face a significant wait for your vehicle.
Getting in and out of the hotel during stadium events is also difficult. Traffic can easily add 20+ minutes just trying to enter or leave the area. Between the room issue, additional cost, valet expense, and long wait times, these were definitely the most frustrating parts of the stay.
The ONLY good thing I can say about this place is that it was clean and the rooms were nice
The staff was absolutely HORRIBLE. We ate at Nest on Four, where my husband received his burger and fries, and 25 mins later I still didn't have my Salmon that I ordered. I was told it was being made 10 mins after he received his food when I asked about it. 25 mins later I still had nothing, so I told them I didn't even want it at that point. Our waitress told me "they were backed up on salmon", that literally takes 1/2 the time a burger does to cook. I also had a HORRIBLE experience with valet. We forgot 1 Walmart bag in our car. Since we couldn't go get it ourselves, we waited 20 mins and still didn't have a bag. I went back to the valet and was told they didn't even have a request for it. He supposedly put one in at that time, and 50 mins later we still didn't have it. We had somewhere to be by a certain time, so I told them to forget it. My husband in turn didn't have his shirt he needed to wear to the event we were going to. I've never in my life experienced service like this from a hotel that is "supposed" to be this high class and "highly rated". We would NEVER stay here again!
The stuff was friendly and everyone were very nice.
The property was very nice.
