Great location for sporting events, clubs, and restaurants. The in house bar and lounging areas are great and fun. Amenities are easily accessible and convenient.

Cons:

Beware, the metro does shake up the hotel and can be loud. There’s a coffee menu at the bar, but no espresso machine for staff to prep coffee (there’s is drip coffee). Be extra mindful when walking around the south side of the street.

Moxy hotels are always just what you need and NOTHING more. Comfort traded for convenience.
Pros:

Moxy hotels always feel like just what you need. Very much a college dorm-style atmosphere. The location was convenient. It was right next to a metro station.

Cons:

The bed only had a flat sheet instead of a fitted and flat sheet. The "comforter" was basically a thin rug on top of the flat sheet. I understand not having a plethora of bedding since it's so hot in Phoenix, but there seemed to be a real lack of care and comfort put into the bed dressing.

No pre warning of event downtown that closed the roads needed to get to the hotel. The bed was hard as a rock.
