Location was very central and the room was comfortable and quiet.
The hotel uses an expensive private valet service via an app, which works out as around one third of the cost of the hotel room per night…no complimentary water bottles in the room either.

Close to music venue
Staff not helpful and unorganized. We arrive about 30min after check in time. We stood in line and then given a key to a room. Went to our room which still had occupants there. We did this two times. Then our friends checking had the same problem along with other guests in lobby. We all kept being assigned rooms that were already occupied by other people. I had reserved a room with a king size bed but on the third time we were told we would have to take 2 queens instead because that was all that was available. No refund offered. We were told our money was with booking .com not them. The next day we were checking out and had to wait for about 45 min because the valet couldn’t find our car keys they had misplaced. We have never stayed anywhere and had this many issues in our life.
Big room and bathroom
Someone in our first room. Had to go back downstairs get another room came into that room the exhaust fan. The bathroom didn’t work. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work because nobody told us you have to put your card in the wall to get the lights on dogs barking early in the morning.

Great option for a suite with a stove and full fridge be dining area with a full pull out couch. Plenty of storage for clothes! The complimentary breakfast was SO good. And they even had a complimentary dinner with beer and wine. Also great!

The property denied having received any confirmation from Booking.com regarding the additional night of July 20. I had to pay for that night’s stay in isolation of the other 6 nights (July 21 - 26), and I am yet to be reimbursed for the security deposit of $100 on the single night which I checked out of on July 21.
