Pros:

La colazione non era male, molto stile europea, molta scelta e buona. Anche la stanza era estramemente spaziosa con tanti comfort diversi: due letti, televesione, divano e una cucina attrezzata.

Cons:

Il bagno non era un gran chè specialmente la doccia. La pressione dell'acqua era estremamente bassa, difficile lavarsi bene i capelli. Anche perché ci voleva ben 5 minuti per avere dell'acqua calda. La pulizia poteva essere migliore.

前台服务员态度很坏，我要赶火车，请前台帮助约出租车，约了20分钟不见车来，问她约了没有，回答还要等5分钟，然后才看见她打电话。分明就是没有约车，或忘掉了约车。结账时结算单与付款单不符，问他为什么会不一样，回答说他们不知道，让我给Booking打电话。实在是气人。

I was pleased with my stay & would recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The facility was clean & the property was conveniently located close to everything.

Cons:

One of the staff members (an older male) was a little rude when I asked him a question regarding the hotel.

My stay was great. The location was great to walk to the concert.
Pros:

It was very modern and upscale.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like except the vending machine prices were a bit high.

The stay is ok, just need a better standard when it comes to cleaning the rooms

Staff is friendly

Cons:

Bathroom has black color on the floor because is not clean, we had a trash can full of trash that was left over from the guest before and coffee maker still has the coffee from the other guest, we found hair in our “clean towels” and hair in the bathroom

A great stay and i recommend anyone visiting Charlotte to stay here. valet parking with fast service
Pros:

Breakfast was buffet style a full course which was fantastic. I was really amazed how hot and tasty the food was. The best I have had in my opinion.

Cons:

No complaints or issues at all. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will make plans for a visit in the near future.
