Won't stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was just okay. It was luke warm at best. The breakfast attendant was kind and attentive.

Cons:

Hole in the ceiling. Room was laid out oddly. Very average for the expensive price. Downtown area around hotel was sketchy. Won't stay again.

Pros:

The view was amazing!!!

Cons:

The 2 sitting chairs in the front room had wet spots in them that saturated the seat so much that our bottoms were wet.

Pros:

Room size was very good, facilities very good.

Cons:

Sliding Bathroom door was very nice but no way of locking and big gap when closed not suitable for families as can see straight into the shower.

Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly, bartenders super friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

It was great! (Really liked the fact that breakfast was served until 10am on the weekend. Wished it was still serving til 10 on Monday, too).

Cons:

The hotel room smelled musty. Realize it probably can't be helped - the weather was really muggy in Charlotte, I imagine it is difficult to keep the units smelling fresh.
