WoodSpring Suites Hermitage - Nashville Airport

The facility wasn't clean, people letting there dogs piss everywhere, roaches in the room no Tv service from the time I got there until the time I left reported it but no one came to fix it.

Bathroom: hairs in shower wall/tub; dark, crusty matter on the toilet seat; bugs on the floor; dirty/previously used washcloth; no soap or cup on sink. Kitchen: Freezer contains leftover food, with dark goop on the freezer wall and floor; refrigerator unclean; floor covered with debris and crumbs; sink unwashed; large hole in the wall where the entry door smashed the door stopper. Bedroom: mattress approx. 4-5 inches off the floor, lumpy, noisy mattress; pillows unsupportive and brown from age; sheets stained; comforter dirty and stained; rooms have thin walls and ceilings (voices, TV, footsteps nearly nonstop). Apparently junk or abandoned cars in the parking lot. Crowds of people hang outside the entrance and in the parking lot, smoking, eating, and drinking, using chairs from the lobby to congregate outside. Toddlers and children running, screaming, and playing on the sidewalk at the front door and through the hallways late at night. Apparently, this hotel is a residential alternative.

They allowed pets to bark at all times of the night.

This is evidently a party hotel. As soon as you walk in it smells like marijuana. There’s a table when you walk in that a lady was sitting at on a laptop with the music blasting and with her bottle of liquor on the table. Second night our room key wouldn’t work. Took 20 minutes to find the person working the desk even after the lady sitting at the table had texted and called her in which she entered the building from the outside so not sure where she had been. Both nights people were extremely loud in the other rooms, thumping on walls to where our head board shook, sounded like people were moving furniture by the scrapping noises that we heard. Washcloths were dingy/dirty looking. You only get 2 washcloths and 2 towels and if you want more you have to exchange them out yourself, only 2 pillows on the bed, no hairdryer, no extra blankets like all other places I have ever stayed. When we went to check out this morning at 8:10am the desk window was still closed and everyone was just laying their key cards in the window, hopefully everyone got checked out. The lady working the desk was extremely nice just our overall experience was not good at all.

Our room wasn't cleaned well. There were dirty napkins in the drawers and bags. There were hairs and pee drips on the toilet seat and there were roaches in the room. The worst part was waking up getting out of the bed and there being a roach under the blankets with us 🤢

They didn’t have the bare minimum. There were no iron boards, we didn’t even have hand soap. Also, they didn’t have a crib or even cots for us to use.

Office hours.

Hallways were humid and smelled very “lived in.” Room was not very clean, found stain in one bed and had to request a change of bedding. Front desk is apparently not open all night so I had to wait, even though I heard voices behind desk closure. Even the replacement sheets weren’t the cleanest. Nothing felt sanitary.
