The rooms were nice. The overall facilities were nice. The front desk worker Tamika is terrible. She is refusing to honor the return policy contract that they have with booking.com
Tamika is being u cooperative & arguing with not only me as a guest but also with Booking.com, not wanting to adhere to the contract that her company has set with booking.com
