I asked them to clean and they told me they only came in every 15 days to clean, since it's a hotel and not for long stays... I just went downstairs with my towels to have them changed and they gave me trash bags.

To expensive to wash and dry your clothes
This was my first time checking into this property and I can honestly say that the staff was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in with my service animal. My room was clean and parking was easy.
However, the only thing that I would marked down is how thin the walls are. The guest next-door was extremely loud from 12:30 AM to three in the morning. I could not sleep because I can hear them fighting, having sex, talking loud on a speaker! By then, I just decided to check out of my room at 4am because there was no way I was going to get any sleep. This was unfortunate because I had to drive back to California with only two hours of sleep! So, although this is not a staff problem, the stay overall was not pleasant.
I was in fear of my safety because it seemed like those guests were not the healthiest and driving back with two hours of sleep is not exactly what I hoped for when paying for a hotel room. Be cautious on staying here.
Everything about the property is nice. Fitness room is well kept and nice. Laundry rooms has a good amount of machines. Vending machines have good snack and drinks. Front desk workers are always very nice and friendly. I’m relocating states and one of them even gave me recommendations for apartments. A lot of places to get food within walking distance as well. Very good location and hotel overall.
The beds are a little uncomfortable and creaky but it’s a hotel.
