A faire quand on veux se situer a south Beach
Pros:

L'ensemble été correct pour le prix . La piscine un peu petite mais très agréable, la citronnade à disposition ainsi que la protection solaire c'est bien penser .

Cons:

The pool was not cleaned at any time we were there, and my wife had to go to the hospital because she got a UTI from being in the pool, and we wasted 2 days trying to find an urgent care in Miami. Please clean your pools.

Perfect for a short stay before cruise from Miami port.
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to ocean drive and excellent pool with plenty of sunbeds available.

Não necessariamente é um ponto negativo, mas um ponto de atenção para quem vê os comentários sobre o café da manhã. Ele é servido na mesa depois que o hóspede escolhe entre as opções no cardápio (cerca de 6 opções de omeletes e tortilhas, servido com café ou suco que não podem ser repetidos). A princípio parece restrito, mas as opções eram boas e a comida era bem preparada e com boa quantidade.

Bardzo mily personel, dostalismy wieksze lozko bez doplaty. Duzy pokoj, bardzo wygodne lozko. Codziennie pokoje sprzatane, dostawa kosmetykow. Cicha okolica, blisko sklep i plaza.

Cons:

Monotonne sniadania - opcja wyboru tylko 5 dan z karty.

HERMOSO HOTEL, EXCELENTE ESTADIA
Pros:

Estuvimos alojadas en Agosto 2026 durante 10 noches en este hotel. La atención de Sabrina fue de destacar, nos dio una excelente habitación muy amplia con dos camas individuales. Su trato y desempeño fueron excelentes a la hora de orientarnos acerca de la ciudad de Miami y hasta nos guardo las maletas hasta regresar del crucero.. También deseamos destacar la amabilidad de Igiann y Marc cuyo desempeño hizo nuestra estadía mas placentera. A nuestro regreso del crucero en la habitación nos esperaba una botella de vino, cortesía del manager del hotel. Gracias al personal del Kenmore Village volveremos a visitarlos!!!

La atención del personal del desayuno, poco amables. Todas las empleadas del desayuno atienden de mala manera. Es una lastima ya que el hotel es hermoso y el personal del hotel es excelente.

Parece um prédio de moradia popular. Café da manhã foi vergonhoso! Serviam 5 pratos diferentes no menu mas na prática só tinham 2 ou 3 pratos, pq sempre já tinham acabado ingredientes da composição dos pratos. Sem falar na falta de noção das atendentes... Me deram um prato que já tinha sido servido em uma mesa e recusado após o hospede provar! É isso mesmo, o hóspede provou do prato ao meu lado e a atendente pegou o mesmo prato e me serviu sem nenhum constrangimento.

Hospedagem maravilhosa
Pros:

Gostei de tudo!Excelente localização, pertíssimo da praia da Ocean Kay, excelentes restaurantes, quarto muito confortável, atendimento maravilhoso e uma piscina grande onde os funcionários repõe água gelada e tmb protetor solar gratuito..Vale a pena se hospedar neste hotel.
