We had a very pleasant 7-night stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the pool area was clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. The front desk staff deserve special recognition—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their excellent service made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They also provided fresh beach towels every day, which was a very convenient and appreciated service.
Breakfast was included with our stay and was served at a nearby café. There were several breakfast options to choose from, and both the café and the quality of the breakfast were excellent. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and of a high standard.
Overall, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami Beach.
The only thing I didn’t like was the housekeeping service. Although the bed was made and the sheets were changed, the floor was not cleaned, and the shampoo in the bathroom was not replaced. It was a small issue, but I think paying a little more attention to these details would make the overall experience even better.

Breakfast area can struggle to cope with the number of guests. On one morning, a guest decided to use a large table for work. There are plenty communal areas where he could have done this, and the staff did not feel any need to ask him to move on.
We loved the friendly, hospitable staff. The location is great, centrally located and super safe to walk around at any time freely. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of food selection. Overall, we would return, and naturally highly recommend!
We could hear music playing all night, into the early morning (even all the way up to 6am). It wasn’t too loud thankfully.

Check in doing 1 hour, Rooms very old, Drinks in evening when show only one bar working and too busy many people I get drink after 20 min, in kichen like in Farm too busy and too many people, in 5-10 min everything finish or changing after 20 min🙈 empty stay food 6-7 I giving. Bellboy guys working good and very friendly.

Breakfast is a mistake. It's a la carte, you can order one dish, which is ok, but toast comes without butter, for which they charge $4 !!! You can either have coffee or juice. Not both. Ridiculous.
Good location to the beach. The hotels were clean and smelled good.

El precio podría ser mas competitivo ya que por el mismo dinero se consiguen alojamientos mas cerca del mar.
La ubicación era excelente, tenes todo cerca, farmacias, supermercados, la playa… el lugar muy limpio
La primera impresión fue muy mala, ya que la atención de la persona que nos hizo el check in fue de muy mal gusto, el trato hacia nosotros, tono burlezco y grosero. Solo bajo las calificaciones por dicha persona llamada Jorge. El resto del personal un 10, todos muy amables por suerte. Nosotros no volvimos a dirigir la palabra con este señor muy mal educado.
Deberían arreglar el asensor ya que subir con el equipaje por las escaleras es un poco incómodo.
Lo otro que podría mejorarse es el desayuno, si bien es un servicio tercerizado, las opciones son ricas pero pocas…siempre teníamos que elegir lo mismo y repetir el menú casi a diario. El café muy feo también.

Que no arreglaran el ascensor. Durante toda la estancia estuvo fuera de servicio.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right on 11th Street, which is a great area with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.
The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had to travel to another state for a World Cup match, and they kindly stored our luggage free of charge, which we really appreciated.
There were a couple of downsides. The elevator was not working during our stay. Although the staff helped us carry our luggage, it would have been much more convenient if the elevator had been operational. Also, while the room was cleaned, we noticed that the floor was not cleaned properly.
The staff experience was mixed a few staff members were less welcoming and came across as arrogant.
