Close to devils lake and the dells.
Pros:

We loved the indoor/outdoor pools, our room was very spacious, and we loved the shower. This stay was an enjoyable stay, and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. We look forward to coming up again soon. We actually chose to stay a day at the hotel pool instead of going to Devils Lake.

Cons:

While a appreciate the effort to keep bugs out of the indoor/outdoor pool area, we did not like all of the dead bugs littered around the pools. I would suggest daily clean-up of this area. It also made me question what was used for bug killing- is it safe around my children who were in the pool?

We found out after our visit to Devils Lake that the hotel offers shuttles there, we wish this was advertised prior to our visit.

We enjoyed it, other than the room temperature and the carpet.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff were very nice. Location was good.

Cons:

The room temperature was hard to get right. 72 degrees was too cold. 73 degrees was too hot.
The carpet in the room felt cold on the feet, it almost felt wet.

had an unexpected charge and was removed when i questioned it and then my second night was pricier
Pros:

breakfast was a restaurant inside hotel and was a little pricey

Cons:

the off sell food was outragous priced and price list was not in a good location . I payed 17 for a freezer meal

Great hotel and close to Devil’s Lake.
Pros:

Location to Devils Lake. The room was clean and the breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The bathroom needs more towel racks closer to the shower to hold your towel while showing.

Lovely hotel in everyway. Great breakfast. Best eggs on a buffet that I've had in a long time. Lovely staff.
Great room, amazing shower.
Thinking about switching over to Marriott's from Hiltons.

Our stay was decent
Pros:

It was quiet. I loved the indoor/Outdoor hot tub and it has one of the best gyms I've seen. It was pretty clean and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The TV in our room didn't work and I had to troubleshoot it myself. I eventually found out the cords weren't plugged in correctly. We had four people staying in our room and were only given two washclothes. There was a random sweatshirt in the closet. On the last night of our stay we got called from the front desk at 10pm accused of making too much noise... when we were all sleeping... it woke my children up.
