Awful.
Cons:

The air conditioner was loud and rattled all night. The bathroom smelled of urine and there was a puddle on the floor. When checking out, the man at the counter would not acknowledge me. I finally left the card keys on the counter and left.

Beware if you are not familiar with this hotel
Cons:

The location was not a safe location and not an ideal hotel I would usually book. I came in around 10 pm for one night from Texas before I would finish the remainder of my drive back here in Florida. There were stains over the bedding and the hotel furniture, masked smoke smell seemingly. I didn't get adequate rest which was the purpose for booking. I was completely uncomfortable, however, too tired to raise the issue. I didn't wanna shower or touch anything. I can see why they use the AI picture of Best Western on the booking site to appear as a decent hotel in a safe location. Money wasted. Also I had 4 people in my reservation and inside the room only 3 big towels and 2 wash clothes and when I went to staff the following morning and asked for more, I was questioned "Were there not towels in the room?" How rude 🤬 as if I wanted to use them in the first place. They were stained and poorly washed.

All in all it was a great stay ~ especially after driving for 13+ hours!
