The Hispanic lady and her husband ( maintenance ) were amazing though!
Pros:

Pace was disgusting, roaches , mold, stains. Musty smell.

i didnt get no breakfast it was all gone when i got there not even a cup of coffee i ask the guy at from desk if there where any coffee he say yes and did not care that there was no coffee in 3 container they have did not care i walk out with nothing

Cons:

the front desk did not even know that my room it has trash and was not clean yet so he gave me another room that it was half ready tv was blown no refrigerator working no towels

If it was up to me, I would never rent that hotel again

Breakfast with breakfast all they had was coffee And for Location it was fairly by the highway, but besides that it was OK

Cons:

The shower was falling apart. The bed was hard. Bedsheets were dirty towels were dirty. The door look like it’s been kicked in about three times.

My stay wasn’t impressive and I will not be back ever.
Pros:

This property does not provide wash cloths or showering towels!! Had cats in the parking lot in an area that looked like a scrap yard which was bottom floor tenants living area!! It was cluttered broken down vehicles (with flat tires and busted glass windows) walk ways was slippery from algae growth from ac units leaking condensation! I’m not impressed the front desk ignored my calls also . The property name didn’t say Residency Inn either totally different name in the sign out near road .
