Nothing. This property had poor lighting and smelled of urine. There were people living in a car in the parking lot. No comforters on the bed. Urine smell in the restroom. This property appears to be an hourly facility.

Check in was ok except for outright $20 for arrival. However, the whole environment needs cleaning. Damped rug with stench smell and poor aeration inside the hallway and room.

Sheets were not washed nor the pillows. I got bit all night long. Very dirty but staff was very nice
Management needs to change. They are rude and unprofessional. Checked in on Sunday. Couldn't get clean towels again until Wednesday. 5 days there and only got house cleaning once. Every time we left and came back we had to get new cards because the one we had wouldn't work. From what I can tell Management needs to change. If those are the owners then they should find another industry because hospitality and customer service is NOT important to them!
