Will NOT stay again.
Cons:

The internet was down for our entire stay. Meaning the TV didn't work. It was 100 degrees that weekend and we wanted to come back, cool off, and watch our show. But couldn't connect. I went to the desk 4 times to ask if they knew when it would be back on. (At least an hour between each visit) 5th visit i asked if there was any kind of discount or anything they could give for the bad experience. And was turned away with less than a full explanation. Available wifi was one of the amenities and it was not given to us

Nice place, great staff, a free adjustments need
Pros:

The property staff especially Ed at checkin & Ginger at the morning checkout desk were fantastic! Friendly & helpful. The “continental” breakfast was a nice surprise. It was more than what we expected with a variety of choices.

Cons:

The lack of installation in the rooms from the noise made it difficult to sleep. There was constant noise from the trucks/traffic on the Interstate, people walking around above us, & our very loud ac unit kicking on / off.

The room was nice but the full length mirror is improperly hanging in the wrong place. When the bathroom light is on, it reflects in the eyes of the indv on the bed sleeping or watching TV. Love the full length mirror though!

The other issue was one ice machine for the entire building on the first floor. I stood there for 10 min unable to get ice. The staff (Ginger) was kind to assist but there wasn’t anything she could do about the ice. There really needs to be at least one working machine on every floor.

Don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise a nice hotel for the money.
Pros:

Very clean. In the staff was very nice.

Cons:

Too close to the freeway, they did not do a good job on soundproofing the rooms. You can hear all the tractor trailers down, shifting as they’re going down the freeway.

Klassisches sehr sauberes Hotel für Durchreisende.
Pros:

Hotel war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die eine Übernachtung diente nur dazu um bei der langen Fahrt von Kentucky nach Florida eine Pause einzulegen. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an der I-75. Die Fenster haben den Verkehrslärm nahezu vollständig absorbiert.

We will definitely be back next year!
Pros:

This is our second time staying at this location in the past two years. We love it! Everything is so clean. Housekeeping visited our room each day to restock towels.

The staff is absolutely amazing and the breakfast is great. The ice maker was out of ice and a staff member noticed and brought us a big bag of ice without us even asking. These things set hotels apart!

Cons:

Rooms are super small so the fridge is TEENY! Not a deal breaker for is at all but just a note.
