Małe pokoje, dla dwóch osób wystarczające, ale 4 osoby będą miały ciasno. Dochodzą głosy z lobby. Wszystko słychać. Jeśli się trafi imprezowiczów to nocka z głowy. Wina hotelu, że nie reagowali na hałasy po 22,00.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. Our first room was extremely dirty, with the beds covered in different kinds of hair, clearly showing that the sheets had not been changed. There was also hair throughout the bathroom and on the floor, as well as crumbs and other dirt.

We reported the issue immediately and were moved to the only other available room. Unfortunately, the second room was also not acceptable. There was still hair on the bedspread, underneath the pillow and in the bathroom, as well as a dirty floor and suspicious white stains next to the mattress.

We were unable to properly rest that night. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to put towels over the beds and stay there. This was particularly frustrating as we had already packed and moved all our belongings to the second room, and it was the middle of the night during peak season.

What made the experience even worse was the response from the person in charge on the next day (when we finally got to speak with him after several calls, although we asked to talk with him many times on the night before). Rather than taking responsibility, he pointed out that there was no way to verify that we had not caused the mess ourselves, effectively leaving that possibility hanging in the air. When we asked why no member of staff had come to inspect the rooms, he had no answer. He simply told us that we should have gone to another hotel if we were unhappy (in the middle of the night during peak season and no security of getting our money back). I felt deeply disrespected.

These photos are only a sample of what we found, as it would have been impossible—and frankly disgusting—to photograph every single hair and bit of dirt in the rooms.

Unfortunately, the hotel has offered us no financial compensation whatsoever and has not cooperated with Booking.com in resolving the refund. We sincerely hope other guests do not have their holidays ruined in the same way.

Es war das hellhörigste Hotel unserer ganzen USA Rundreise. Die Geräusche der zufallenden/ schliessenden Zimmertüren waren sehr laut. Die Gespräche im Bereich des Treppenaufgangs im EG waren in unserem Zimmer im 1. Stock deutlich zu hören. Jeden morgen roch unser Zimmer nach Kaffee der im Eingangsbereich für Gäste bereitstand. Es gab im Badbereich keine Handtuchaufhänger. Auf dem Weg zum Westeingang des Yellowstone NP war eine Baustelle die zum Teil bis zu 10 Minuten Wartezeit mit sich brachte.
