Comfortable stay. Thank you!
Pros:

The room and beds were very comfortable. The room had all the conveniences we needed. We liked the location near the mountains and away from the busy town, but not too far.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were clean, but there was oversplash on the bathroom walls from the shower that should be cleaned, and the bathroom counter was too small. The master bed almost could have been its own room or partitioned off more from the other beds. But only minor issues - we’d stay there again.

Great property 8 min from the center of town. Less hustle and bustle, would recommend this property
Pros:

The staff here were excellent. Call out to Brittany at reception who helped with luggage and was able to provide valuable intel on dining options.

Cons:

The property hot water system. The hot water takes its time to get to the room. This is a design issue not a property issue. Once the hot water hit the room it was hot and strong.

Pros:

Äußerst nettes Personal vorallem in der Abendschicht am Empfang und der motivierte Herr vom house keeping. Landschaftlich schön gelegen und nahe zum Nationalpark Eingang.
Auf der Terrasse wird abends wirklich das Feuer angezündet und nicht nur für die Werbefotos.
Sehr authentisches Haus.

Room was very tight and so was the budget on building materials. Sound transmission was very high from the hallways to surrounding neighbors above and to the sides

Generally staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

No continuous hot water in the bathrooms. Hot water came after turning on the tap for over 20 minutes and then suddenly turn cold in the middle of the shower on all 3 days in Room 102. Attached photo of maintenance request raised after we complained about this issue. Staff tried to help but there wasn’t much they could do.

Will. Not stay here again
Pros:

Not much. No elevator. No toiletries. No hot water in he sync, ot dated TV, not enough usable electrical outlets. Ver noisy, poor to no sound proofing

Overall great location, pretty view and nicely appointed room.
Pros:

Location was great, very close to everything in Jackson Hole. Room was spacious and equipped with everything you might need, including some little extras.

Cons:

Breakfast or even some grab and go options would’ve been great. The last minute price increase weeks after booking wasn’t very fair. It should’ve been taken care of by the inn even if it was imposed by the city or state.

Pros:

Deck with fire pit. Location beautiful. Near west Yellowstone rodeo.

Cons:

Bed sheets were dirty with rocks and hair in them. Bed was made but when we went to sleep it had clearly been slept in by others and dirty with gravel/hair. The hotel was amazing and I assume that was a one off. I loved everything but the dirty sheets really made me uncomfortable.

It was great
Pros:

It was ok. Not enough variety of fruits. Would like to have had 1% or 2% milk instead of just whole milk.
