Pros:

L acceuil, la gentillesse des personnes, la chambre, l emplacement proche du parc et de la ville de west yellowstone ( 13km) tres jolie petite ville .
Une epicerie, une pizzeria proches.

Cons:

Canalisations bruyantes. Les personnes qui arrivent tardivement prennent douche et utilisent toilettes et c est tres bruyant .
Quand on se leve a 6h pour profiter du parc c est un petit inconvenient .

Due to a billing error, I lost access to over $1,200 during my vacation

My stay was significantly impacted by a billing error in which Mountain Vista Hotel placed a hold on my account and then withdrew funds despite my reservation being paid in full. As a result, I lost access to over $1,200 during my vacation, incurred bank fees, and experienced considerable financial stress. The hold and subsequent refund were not fully resolved until a day after my departure, meaning I did not have access to my funds for the duration of my stay. I was told multiple times that management would contact me, but no one ever did. I also sent two emails and received only one response. Throughout this entire process, no one offered an apology for the inconvenience or acknowledged the impact this situation had on my vacation.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner (vraiment peu de choix et de mauvaise qualité pour le prix de l’hôtel…) et il manque une bouilloire dans la chambre.

Relativ neues Hotel, mit Luft nach oben

Relativ neues Hotel.
Klasse, dass das Zimmer keinen Teppichboden hat - das ist einfach hygienischer, gute Klimaanlage, typisch amerikanisches Frühstück - Luft nach oben, gerade bei diesen hohen Übernachtungskosten.

Cons:

Das Sideboard war zu lang, Gepäck für 2 Personen abzustellen, war unmöglich. Das Waschbecken ist in eine Niesche gepresst.
Toilettendeckel fehlt, wo soll man etwas ablegen. Das schmalste Waschbecken, dass ich jemals hatte, und ich bin viel auf der ganzen Welt gereist. Am besten wäre immer, wenn der Inhaber/die Inhaberin selbst mal 2-3 Tage in ein Zimmer mit Gepäck einzieht, dann merkt er/sie wie unpraktisch alles angeordnet ist.

Hôtel proche de l'entrée de Yellowstone. Literie confortable

Cons:

Pas très propre, très poussiéreux.
Quasiment rien de disponible au petit déjeuner. Nous sommes restés plusieurs jours et il y avait toujours la même chose, jamais de changement. Si vous arrivez après 7h30 il n'y a plus rien. Très décevant pour le prix de l'hôtel.

Beautiful location - fantastic reception staff - clean hotel. Management less so ……
Pros:

Quiet location just a 5 min drive outside of the town with beautiful views of the mountains. Reception staff were amazing - helpful - friendly and always smiling.

Cons:

No lift so difficult lugging 2 huge suitcases up the stairs. Room 201 at top of the stairs - we could hear every conversation going on downstairs in the evening as well as everyone who had to pass the room to get to theirs. We also had to run the bath for 5-10 mins every time we wanted hot water. When we complained we were told this is how it was at the hotel as it was out of town. Hmmm! If this was the case - why were we not told this at check in or on the 2 occasions the maintenance men can to look to see what was wrong!!!!!!

Pros:

Très bien situé un rien en dehors du centre de West Yellowstone mais il reste à l’entrée du parc

Très bon petit déjeuner !

Chambre très spacieuse avec les équipements qu’il faut.

Mention spéciale à la dame qui nous a accueillie et conseiller. Et nous a aussi permis de ne pas jeter notre glacière pour faire de futurs heureux.

Great property 8 min from the center of town. Less hustle and bustle, would recommend this property

The staff here were excellent. Call out to Brittany at reception who helped with luggage and was able to provide valuable intel on dining options.

Cons:

The property hot water system. The hot water takes its time to get to the room. This is a design issue not a property issue. Once the hot water hit the room it was hot and strong.
