Nice place but not to Hilton standards. I would come back tho.

Clean and very close to everything downtown

Me gustaría que tuviera más atención al detalle de los huéspedes. Olvide solicitar el servicio de aseo y no hubo una persona para recordarme, y en recepción no tuve como resolver dudas de conexión WIFI.

Pros:

Loved the facted being handicapped & being able to have a walk in shower. Staff were very pleasant

Cons:

Well when first got there asked about my handicap shower they said room was equipped with all rails but was a tub. Well when got to room the refrigerator was broken. Ask us to move to another room,which was nice since did have picnic food for next day. So they moved us right across the hall& low & behold walk in shower empty across the hall.🤣🤣🤣 Well as I today the desk all hotels should have showers who these days no one really goes on vacation to take baths but in &out showers are easy,quick& cheap to keep clean. Just idea for future replacements or new builds. Over all good stay!!!!!

Pros:

La posizione è centrale, all' interno ha un mini market , una mini palestra e una piscina. Struttura pulita e fornita di tutti i confort.
Ha anche una lavanderia .
La colazione è ottima.

Cons:

La lavanderia funziona a quarti di dollaro ( 3 dollari per l' asciugatrice e 2.75 per la lavatrice) nessuno nella struttura li cambia e non c'è la macchinetta che cambia i soldi in moneta.
Intorno non ci sono negozi.

Decepção e revolta.
Cons:

Chegamos no hotel as 23h e fomos informados que na reserva tinha sido cancelada, sem nossa ciência ou consentimento, e o pior já estava paga e para não dormimos nas rua tivemos que pagar de novo, um verdadeiro absurdo, reclamamos com o hotel e com a BOOKING e até hoje não fomos ressarcidos. Sem falar o péssimo atendimento recebido da recepcionista da noite que parecia não gostar de brasileiros. Nunca mais pretendo me hospedar nesse hotel e também não pretendo mais reservar hotel pela Booking.

I was unhappy and staff did not make my stay pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay but they told us we could checkout at noon and then said 11 am in the morning

Cons:

Check-in was 6 hours late. The whole time I planned to use the hotel for sleep. I was very disappointed and the overnight staff was rude and made judgmental assumptions about me because I brought this inconvenient situation to his attention. He was extremely offensive and treated me with great malice as if he had some kind of bias against me.

Ruime kamer, vlakbij het centrum
Pros:

Zo lopend het centrum in. Hampton inn betekent altijd ruime kamers en fijne bedden.

Cons:

Kamer was gedateerd. Hotel zit aan de rand van het minder veilige deel van Fort Myers. Voor 's avonds de deur uit willen, was dat niet handig.

Home away from home and heat!
Pros:

I love how spacious my room was and it was so comfortable! I also appreciated how kind and welcoming the staff are!

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like but I was wondering if you could add more streaming services on your tv (like amazon prime or hbo?) Still, I was able to make do with the available ones so I was set!
