The photos on the website look better than the reality is
Pros:

The location was good. The room was just ok. When we saw the room we were scared that it would be loud but it wasnt't. Thank goodness given the fact that it is such an old building. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

It smelled very musty/moldy and my husband is very sensitive to smells. The bathroom was not as clean as we had wished. The room had a balcony but we had a hard time opening the door to get out there - wasn't clean either.

We didn't stay. We refused to stay. We asked for our money back and went somewhere else.
Pros:

We didn't last five minutes in this room before we called the front desk to tell them we were NOT staying here.

Cons:

The smell was like a damp basement in a 1950s home. The floor was concrete, not the nice painted over concrete... No concrete like you find in a garage. The furniture was a bean bag chair and a bed.

Modern take on an old fashioned motor lodge
Pros:

When you think motor court you might think dated, but our room was completely modern. We had an accessible bathroom that was as good as any hotel bathroom anywhere.
The lodge is set back from the road so no noise of passing cars.

Comfortable beds ,nice restaurant, clean rooms, love the outside fire place

Cons:

No microwave, no coffee maker in rooms ,I'm a decafe coffee drinker and no decafe in the office only caffeine coffee
