I couldn’t wait to check out and go home to sleep! I was showered and out of there before 8:30am.
Pros:

Cute, retro vibe. Clean. The best part of stay was dinner at on site restaurant, Over Yonder. Excellent food.

Cons:

Staff was not overly friendly. Did not explain why I couldn’t get a room with balcony that I had requested. He didn’t offer me to pay extra for other room when motel was empty. Just said I booked room through booking.com and was a first level room so that’s why I’m not getting balcony room. I did receive an email from booking.com, but saw explanation after had already checked in.The walls were paper thin in room! Could hear everything! Next door,One person sliding a metal chair across cement floor over and over. The room on other side of me,a man was snoring so loudly that it sounded like a freight train!!! He started about 9pm-7:30 am. He could have been in my room with me the walls were that thin. I might have gotten an hour of sleep. I won’t be back.

Room was clean, had all your basics, except a microwave. Staff was great and property was well maintained. Would stay again.

Cons:

Didn’t love Being above the air conditioner, wasn’t nice sitting out on balcony.

The most wonderful staff!!!
Pros:

Everything and how close it is to my son’s place! I love Rhode’s and FaceTimed my stay to 5,000 friends. I work for the PR firm who did the opening! It is Fabulous!!

Csodálatos motel a hegyek közt.
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, fantasztikus hangulatú motel az Appalache-hegységben. Innen indulva gyönyörű utakon autóztunk. A hotel berendezése is nagyon hangulatos, a személyzet kedves. Bár a főút mellett van, mégis csendes, nyugodt.

Cons:

A furdőszobában nagyon zajos volt a páraelszívó, ami nem akart elhallgatni éjjel sem.

Updated and clean blast from the past stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Rhodes Motor Lodge! The whole place has such a cool vibe—it feels retro and nostalgic while still being updated, comfortable, and modern. Everything was very clean, and you can definitely tell they’ve put a lot of thought and investment into renovating the property while keeping its character.

The bar was also a great addition and had an awesome atmosphere. Overall, just a really cool place to stay in Boone. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

We wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Unfortunately, we did not have the breakfast, although we will on our next visit. Our room was beautiful. We understand it was refurbished from its original form. The beds and pillows were exceptional, which is a big plus for us. The staff was excellent.

Cons:

There were no negatives.
