Beautiful location and quiet
Pros:

So the view and location of this place are 10/10. It is beautiful. Pepperdine is a beautiful place. Some of the staff are helpful and the cleaners do a great job of refreshing your room. Has a good desk and the fridge is actually a real one and you can store milk etc. Parking is also free and usually available. They seemed to put us in a good room for a long stay, which was nice (so the booking manager is attentive to requests).

Cons:

There is one receptionist (short blond hair) who is not very friendly. She doesn't look you in the eyes, and if you ask a question, she almost sighs and is bothered you are interrupting her spare time and definitely does not make you feel welcomed upon arrival. The other receptionists are fine and helpful. Do not park close to the trees as you may have ants enter your car. That happened to us.

la posizione in collina con vista mare, sicura perchè posizionata all'interno del campus universitario, camere spaziose, forse un po' retrò come stile, inltre parcheggio gratuito.

Cons:

la viabilità per aarivare da los angeles è ancora un po' complicata a causa degli incendi passati.
