Die Lage der Villa Graziadio ist unglaublich! Wir haben die letzten beiden Tage unserer USA Rundreise hier verbracht und haben die Ruhe und phantastische Aussicht sehr genossen. Haus und Ausstattung sind zwar nicht mehr neu, aber von sehr gutem Standard. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, sich rund um die Villa mit Blick auf Pazifik und die Berge um Malibu aufzuhalten, zu arbeiten oder einfach nur zu entspannen. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, werden wir gerne wieder nach einem Zimmer in der Villa Graziadio Ausschau halten.
Die super Aussicht hat einen Preis: die Anfahrt ist etwas aufwändig. Für uns war das aber kein Problem.
The campus is beautiful and the staff was unbelievably nice. We’ll definitely come back!

Niewiele . Sam pokój przyjemny ,ale miałem tyle złych doświadczeń ,a cena kompletnie nie daje jakości. Niestety nie rozumiem poprzednich opinii.
Po pierwsze na parkingu pod wejściem porysowano nam samochód , nie ma kamer ,nikt nic nie wie , radźcie sobie sami ,mimo ze teren jest zamknięty o ogromy. Dostaliśmy kartkę od dziewczyny która nas porysowała która powiedziała że ona nie mogła prowadzić samochodu więc nam nie da swojej polisy. Samochód wynajmowaliśmy. Ale od początku. Pani na recepcji w dniu przyjęcia bardzo zimna i nie miła. Zwróciła mi uwagę że jestem przez 16 ( 14:57) ale wyjątkowo da nam jakiś pokój.... Powiedziałam że mogę poczekać jeśli to problem. Kolejna już była miła i Pan rano również. Wiec to zależy od osoby. Pokój bez żadnego widoku , dramat , na jakąś ścianę budynku jak w klatce. Potem akcja z samochodem i brak monitoringu. To jest teren uniwersytetu, ogromny kampus . Jednak nie można było skorzystać z basenu , mimo że wcześniej pisali co innego . Sturbacks kawał drogi -kilka kilometrów dalej. A kawiarnia obok powiedzmy że ma typowo niezdrowe i tłuste amerykańskie i drogie jedzenie. Nic specjalnego , Europejczycy czegoś takiego nie akceptują do zjedzenia bo my jemy lepsze i zdrowsze produkty . Nie jest to też wygodna lokalizacja do postoju po drodze na jedną noc ,wszędzie daleko

Bedroom part of room could use a little update (slight musty smell, carpet, window glass fogged). Poor shower pressure.
This was such a lovely place to stay. Everyone who worked there was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a great view of the ocean. We also had access to the rest of Pepperdine’s facilities, which was a nice bonus. It was quiet, peaceful, and close to the beach. Overall, a great stay!
Can’t think of anything that could’ve been better!
