We were in town for the Luke Bryan concert and the hotel was in such close proximity to Dickies Arena. It was perfect! We had breakfast before checking out of the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff in the restaurant and in the lobby were all very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service!
The only thing I can think of is, I loved the bath products in the hotel. The hand lotion body wash were wonderful. I love the scent of the products and also how they felt to my skin. So what I didn’t like was that I was not able to purchase those products in the hotel or online.
Cassius was worth leaving a review for! He made us feel special from the first step in and helped us get settled in our room. He saw us in the bar and got our drinks refilled for us, we asked how late he was working and he said he just got off! What a guy!! The crecent needs more like Cassius!
Excellent Bell Captain-Cassius Clay
Excellent- Concierge -Matthew
Cassius Clay was very friendly and attentive to our company needs. Always willing to jump in and assist. Definitely made my stay enjoyable.
Cassius Clay was exceptional. He greeted with a smile and was very pleasant.
Cassius was very personable and accommodating
Cassius Clay, the Bell Captain, was very helpful and pleasant, making my arrival truly memorable. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help make the experience remarkable.
Wow we cant wait to come back. Really enjoyed our stay. Service was amazing, all the staff was great particularly Alejandro. Thank You✨
Valet did a nasty fart in my car but other than that I had a nice time and great service
We loved it!! Great service all around.
We have stayed here several times because of the very close location tomorrow the art museums. It is very comfortable, QUIET. Breakfast pretty good. But, like all hotels, by the time they add parking, taxes, "resort fees", breakfast, it added almost $200 a night. I should have paid more attention.
My daughter‘s wedding was at the Crescent a few weeks back. The service at the hotel all weekend long, was just amazing! Cassius Clay and Jalen, a new employee, were just 10 out of 10!!! thank you for making our weekend so fabulous! All of our guests were so impressed with all of the staff at the Crescent in Fort Worth!
Hotel is nice but the service is not good. Was there 3 days and asked for room to be cleaned on 2nd morning when we left for the day and noone showed up. The room wasn't cleaned the entire stay. Also asked for 2 blankets to be brought up the last night there and they didnt show.
Had an amazing stay over mother's day weekend at the crescent! The location was conveniently located by TCU so we could visit with our daughter, dickies arena and cool Fort Worth sights. Our room was tidy and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to assist. It was quite a jam packed weekend and you could tell things were bustling throughout the day. We spent a good amount of downtime between activities at the bar with Morgan, who was phenomenal. My husband is a bit picky about his cocktails and she impressed him. She remembered us after the first quick visit and was so kind to give us a few recommendations around the city while we visited with our daughter, so we kept coming back! All of our drinks, bites and meals tasted fantastic, we haven't had a hotel experience like this in a minute, so it is refreshing that 5 star service is still exists, even when extremely busy!
We dined at Emilia’s for our 30th Anniversary. The staff were fantastic. From the moment we walked into the Crescent Hotel, Mr. Cassius Clay greeted us warmly and escorted us to the restaurant. We had several more interactions with Mr. Clay throughout our visit. Being our first time there, we asked to see the patio ( we were supposed to be dining outside but could not due to weather) and Mr. Clay showed us the lovely space for dining. Our waitperson, Kevin, was delightful and offered us great insight to the menu and he did not steer us wrong. We had the meatballs as an appetizer, lobster ravioli and sea bass for entrees, and banana budino (incredible) for dessert. The only drawback from our experience is that the dining area felt cold and a little sterile. Not much charm nor any uniqueness. Overall we enjoyed our meal and especially the interactions with the staff.
Casreous Clay was so welcoming and excellent in answering all our questions!!! We can’t wait to be back!!!
