Great for a long stay.
Pros:

For a long stay plenty of kitchen amenities and laundry. The bathroom products were good too.

Cons:

The windows don't open. It's apartment living except for this

Great stay despite lots of rain - would stay again 2bed suite with balcony brilliant
Pros:

It was clean and the rooms were spacious. Location good - only 15 min walk to Broadway and area quiet and safe.

Cons:

Pool Bar only opened Friday Saturday and Sunday. Needs a coffee bar

Nice location, quiet and safe area.
Pros:

Staff were lovely, had a room on the top floor which was quiet. Good facilities in the room too. Was short walking distance to a grocery store and pubs/restaurants in mid town. They did offer a complimentary shuttle bus but you had to call the hotel to request it back to the hotel so if you are on an international sim only data package you cannot request the bus for the way back.

Cons:

There was no windows that opened in the entire apartment. The smell of the kitchen lingered longer as a result. You do need to have fresh air circulating.

The hotel does not have a WhatsApp number so you cannot request the shuttle bus back to the hotel or you cannot request your car from the valet.

The elevator quit working 1 day before we had to check out and had to walk up 17 little flights of stairs to get to the 7th floor

The first evening when we came home there was a fire alarm: all the guests had to go outside obviously. We waited outside for more than an hour, when the firemen told us that it was a false alarm and we were able to go inside again. However nobody had the code to switch off the alarm and all the time inside the alarm still was unbearable to hear.
Finally the alarm was switched off but consequently the lifts did not work anymore, In a hotel with 7 floors that can be really problematic for some. The next morning the life still did not work.
No apologies from the management or any way to make us all feel a bit better.

Pros:

Pretty good location not in all the action, which is what we wanted. But still in walking distance to a lot of places.

Cons:

In our room the TV was not in front of the bed, which we didn’t like. Also the dresser drawers were broken and kept falling forward when opened.
