Clean rooms and good location

Cons:

If you want to sleep, go to a different hotel. There’s some sort of metal gate or fire exit that slams shut with great noise (if you’re in room 115) and the place is like a Greyhound bus terminal - I counted eight times I was woken last night between 3am and 5am. I couldn’t sleep and will never go back to this hotel.

Perfect base. Lovely hotel. Will stay again.
Pros:

The property was modern and well kept, in a great location and lovely staff. They were very accommodating when I was a day late in arriving and had to possibly cancel my stay. There responsiveness made a stressful situation manageable.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Me gusto mucho la habitacion. La ubicacion es muy buena. Muy tranquilo el lugar y a unos 15 minutos de la Broadway donde estan todos los bares y lugares para escuchar musica en vivo.

Great location. Rooms were very clean, spacious and very convenient having a kitchenette. Availability of shuttle bus was great.

In general a nice apartment/room.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been better. No room cleaning for 3 days.
Fridge in the lobby didn't work.
Reception was always empty when we came in/down; we had to wait for the receptionist to appear from the back.
Shuttle bus started running at 10, could have been earlier.

Liked having the gym.

Cons:

Didn’t receive room with a view. Could hear a lot from neighbors. Garbage wasn’t taken out from room. Had to pay for detergent. Didn’t feel like it was worth the price.
