Cool hotel, super hospitable staff, in a great old district
Pros:

Very cool, super clean, incredible hospitality. Taya at reception is a super star. I loved the experience. Sat night in the bar downstairs is a hoot.

A cool hotel, in an excellent old district
Pros:

Very cool hotel, Taya at reception is a hospitality super star. Loved this stay in a cool old district. Bar downstairs on a Sat night is a hoot - noise doesn’t carry upstairs.

This is my choice when in old downtown.
Pros:

I love this hotel. The decor and style is fun. Staff are always amazing and welcoming to me. The bar is great especially with the free drink.

Cons:

The HVAC system is a bit loud when sleeping.

Pros:

Very cool design

Cons:

They put me in a room with broken AC. When I told them about it the first time they did nothing. It wasn't until 1am when it was still 83 that I went back and then they changed my room. They did not comp the room or even reduce the rate

Pros:

Clean and fun atmosphere. Lots of things to do in lobby like games

No refrigerator in room. Rooms are compact. Construction outside of hotel

The only thing was the ac wouldn’t get below 71 degrees even when set at 64. It was warm in the room.

If I ever decide to visit Omaha again, I would definitely stay at the Moxy.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel is located in the middle of downtown Omaha. It was convenient and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small (European style), cozy, and clean. Also, the lobby was fun and inviting.

Cons:

My only personal complaint is the mattress. I thought it was too soft, but someone may like that type. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.
