Nice staff. Nice new facility. Bringnownmpillows.

Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The hard bed and the horrible typical hotel pillows that go flat with announce of weight.
The fact I was charged for a. Ight that was booked but I checked out before the checkout time on the day before. All other hotels instant do not charge for nights we do not stay.

A great centralized spot for the Knoxville area
Pros:

My son and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend while attending a family reunion locally. The facilities seemed fairly new. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and engaging. I would definitely recommend to others.

Cons:

Although not the hotel's fault, the floor above us had dozens of middle school cheerleaders running up and down the hall causing higher noise levels at night as we were trying to sleep.
The breakfast bar was packed each morning, so we opted to grab a banana on the way out. The sitting area is small for the amount of people in the hotel.

Nice hotel good location but once again a parking fee is unacceptable.

The hotel wants to charge $ 10.00 for a parking fee . This is unacceptable for a hotel in a small town. I could understand if it was in a major city sharing a parking garage.

The bed didn't have great support for sleeping in my opinion. Everything else was stellar.

I had a hard time finding the one and only entrance to the parking lot due to inadequate signage for the entrance.

The two young ladies at front desk were very friendly. The quality of the hotel is very good. Clean, comfortable and valuable. 5 minutes to the airport

Pros:

Room was great. Good value

Cons:

Staff, particularly Janice at front desk. Not accommodating and did not explain why room was not ready. Other staff were nice and apologized. She has no customer service skills at all and I will never go back because of that.
