Pros:

Sehr grosses und sauberes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (grosser, funktionierender TV, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, verschiedene Abfalleimer, auch für Abfalltrennung). Grosses, sauberes Bad. Schrank mit Kleiderbügel. Funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sehr bequemes Bett mit angenehmen Kissen. Viele verschiedene Badetücher. Warmwasser. Gratis Duschmittel. Viele Steckdosen. Viele Lampen.

Cons:

Frühstück bestand aus Kaffee/Schwarztee, Orangen- und Apfelsaft und einem Proteinriegel. Dies ist definitiv kein Frühstück. Unterkunft sollte nicht schreiben „inkl. Frühstück“!
Die Lage für einen Besuch in Baltimore nicht optimal. Sehr weit weg vom Stadtzentrum, ca. 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus (aber direkte Buslinie, Bushaltestelle nur wenige Schritte entfernt).

Pros:

The only thing I like is the location of the hotel.

Cons:

The staff member who checked us in was not very professional. She did not explain anything about the room, how to access the elevator, or the breakfast location and schedule. The breakfast itself was also disappointing, as it only consisted of coffee and granola bars.
