Perfect!
Pros:

Sure wish I could give this place an eleven! Staff was great, room decor was adorable, and location made it easy to walk to everything I needed.

Cons:

Can't think of a thing. I might even go back to Charlottsville again just to visit the Little Mod

Would happily stay again if price good, but not worth paying a premium for
Pros:

Cute design, comfy and clean rooms, great toiletries and bathroom, spacious with mini fridge even in the single king room

Cons:

Noticeable noise between rooms and from nearby railroad, water slow to heat, stale smoke smell, no parking, staff never present (checked in via phone and out via a key box, even though I arrived and departed at normal times)

Pros:

The room was really nice, modern, nicely decorated, with interesting extras like a little record player with a few records; the bathroom was also clean and tidy and really spacious. The staff I encountered at check in and departure were very pleasant and chatty. The location was comfortable and felt quite cosy.

Cons:

The only negative point I have to say is that there were a couple of cushions on the bed that, unlike pillow cases, probably don't get changed between guests. These cushions had what looked like animal hair on them, as if a previous guest had travelled with their cat or dog.

Clean, cute stay! Be aware of the train though
Pros:

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I was in town for a procedure at UVA, and had my mom with me, and we both commented repeatedly on how clean it was. Also the whole place was super cute!

Cons:

There’s a train track literally 25 yards away from the hotel. Close enough that you can feel the train pass. The hotel provides ear plugs and a sound machine, but they don’t make you aware of this fact upon check in. There’s a teeny tiny sign in the room that tells you, if you bother to read it or open all the drawers and happen to find them that way. We didn’t do either, and noticed the sign when we were leaving the next day.

No parking without pay
Pros:

Parking is a nightmare. There's no ice machine or microwave. Staff leaves at 7:30 pm, before dark. Service and room is great. I wanted to give a 7.5 because of the short comings, but rounded up cause of the service.

Conveniently located and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Very close to campus and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

The lack of parking and no one to check us in made things a bit interesting. We also didn’t know that the hotel is right next to the rail line and that a train ran by in the middle of each night.

Super fun mid-entury retro vibe hotel in great location. I would stay again.
Pros:

Great location, good value and very unique in a good way. A remodeled mid-century kitschy style motel with a retro vibe.Spacious, colorful guest rooms, vibrant decor, and normally there is a hip airstream food truck on site but was not available the weekend we were there but given it was Thanksgiving weekend it's understandable. Located across the street from UVA.

Cons:

The only thing that wold make it better is to have a microwave in the room. But there is a frig and record player with albums. They do not have dedicated parking lot but there is free street parking across the street.

Cute hotel in central location of town but close to train. I would stay again!
Pros:

The location was walking distance to campus and lots of restaurants. The décor was really cute and the noise cancelling machine was a plus!

Cons:

The trains rumbling through multiple times in the middle of the night was not something I expected! Hence, the bonus of the noise cancelling machine :)

Close the the University but very noisy and overpriced.
Pros:

Fun, kitschy vibe

Cons:

It’s a motel labeled as a hotel. Exterior doors, few facilities. Noisy train tracks are right up against the property. We did not see good value for what we paid.
