Price is high for this low quality.
Pros:

Location of Hotel is great and centered rigth in the middle of everything.

Cons:

The Hotel felt dirty. All the carpet on the 3rd floor was full of trash amd stains, the room AC leaked on to the floor, the shower also leaked on to the floor, the shower chair for my wheelchair bound sister was so flimsy it bent in and she fell in the tub, fortunately the maintenance was able to repair/replace it and worked fine after that.

Pros:

The breakfast selections were ok.

Cons:

My stay at the Tru by Hilton was horrible. When we arrived the front desk staff was not friendly. Upon check-in We were not told that the hotel was having a water issue and the hot water in the rooms was not working properly. I will never stay at at a Tru by Hilton property again.

It was decent.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and offers breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were harder than Fred Flintstones bed! Not enough pillows. 3 per bed

I had a wonderful experience at Tru by Hilton and would definitely stay with them again!
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel offering free breakfast, felt safe as a solo female traveler

Cons:

No closet or drawers in the room - it was odd

Great stay
Pros:

Had trouble with my card when checking in and had exceptional service helping me get that sorted even though it was midnight. Pools were very nice and clean. Breakfast was also delicious and the kids loved all the extra toppings to add to pancakes and waffles
