Absolutely Wonderful Honeymoon Stay 🥳🫶🏼
Pros:

The room size and kitchenette were great! The hotel had waffles, sausage, and an assortment of juices each morning. They replenished anything we needed upon request. Close enough to walk to food and shopping. 10/10 would stay again

That some of the street lights were out in the parking lot

Paid over $400 for a $89 dollar night motel because there was no other vacancy in the area. Didn’t even stay there but 4

Disappointed.
Pros:

The room smelled clean.
Beds were comfortable. Floors didn’t have carpet which was great for dogs.

Cons:

While the room smelled clean, there were black hairs all over the shower. Thought no biggie— I always clean the bathroom anyway if we stay somewhere. But then we found a roach on the wall the next morning. I killed it and put it in a cup but then I was scared to complain because we found a sign that said they could take our dogs from the room and it would cost us 300.00 to get them back. I have a dog that needs insulin 2 times a day so that terrified me. When we checked in, the woman said not to leave dogs alone for 24 hours and I thought, I can’t even stay awake for 24 hours much less leave my babies that long. That’s why they are with me! But they didn’t want them left at all, not even for a few hours at a time. So yeah, I didn’t want my dogs taken. I didn’t want to ruffle feathers. The door also was a struggle to close and all night other rooms slammed off and on which woke us up. Someone stomping all night on the room above us was also bad.

Descent stay. Only because it was a roof over my head. For the price paid I expected more.
Pros:

The staff was helpful.

Cons:

Very overpriced. I know it’s a vacation spot but the price paid for this very average hotel was ridiculous. There should be limits on how much a hotel can charge above market rate.

I knew it was a cheaper motel but the conditions were unacceptable and poor management.

Good location close to the parkway.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. The hotel seems to be renovated but not well enough. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door after it was shut, the refrigerator has gunk in it, the microwave looked as if there had been a fire and it was half melted, there were a few bugs on the bed (surely too large to be a bed bug), and smelled horrible. The front desk assured me a full refund and the lady was very friendly. The issue is they have not approved a refund by the management. They will not respond to my calls or emails. DO NOT stay here.

Pros:

Pleasantly surprised how much the inside was updated. The room was very spacious and clean. Woman at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our key card and she got us moved quickly rather than having to wait for a handyman. The continental breakfast was amazing! The price and location was definitely worth it. Would stay again.

price location and comfortable I've booked here 4 times and each time i got a bottom floor i requested due to I'm a disabled vet and wife also disabled and sure stay had no problem helping customer service was outstanding.
