Perfect Location with A Great Co-working Space
Pros:

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right near major bus stops and the T station in Boston. I didn’t need to take a single Uber during the entire trip. The coworking space is excellent, and it’s especially convenient if you’re working remotely. It’s also a smart hotel, so the iPad room controls are a really cool touch.

Cons:

The cleaning service wasn’t very prompt. I did have the Do Not Disturb sign on for part of the morning, but I was out for a good portion of the day afterward and requested service. Unfortunately, it never happened. I didn’t follow up, so it’s possible there was just some miscommunication.

Great
Pros:

Location, cleanliness. Easy to check in. Especially if traveling for work. View from Rooftop bar is excellent

Cons:

Couple of lifts to get to your room. Pillows can be much better. It was crazy huge and hard. But I didn’t complain or ask for a replacement either .

Modernes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte in Top Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer und die Lobby sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Je nach Zimmerkategorie hat man einen tollen Blick auf Boston. Auch die Rooftop Bar war einen Besuch wert.

Cons:

Je nach Koffergröße sind die Zimmer schon grenzwertig klein. Für kurze Aufenthalte aber kein wirkliches Hindernis.
Für das begrenzte Platzangebot empfand ich den Preis für ein wenig zu hoch.

Could have been better
Pros:

I like the facility overall, simple and functional

Cons:

Some of the staff was very rude or indifferent. In addition, not enough information was provided at the check-in to ensure a good stay. For example, I wast told that there are extra soft pillows available in the underbed drawer. I spent the first two nights in agony with the hard pillow. Better staff training is recommended for the hotel

Excellent place and location!
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Still looked brand new! Great views from the windows and really liked how there was a digital touchpad to really tailor the lighting and shades the way we wanted. Also really liked the coffee/bar area downstairs. You almost didn’t even need to leave the hotel!

Cons:

The toilet paper was the thinnest paper I have ever seen at a hotel. Also the doors are so loud in the hallways every time the person next to us went in and out and I thought they were coming into our room!
