Warning!!!. If you are a senior/elderly couple then this hotel is probably not for you because you will need to climb over each other in order to get in and out of bed so, probably the reason 90% the other guests are much much younger. Be sure before booking to look at the photos of the rooms, they are tiny. There is no front desk, just a monitor that you will enter your credit card into and you will immediately be charged for the entirety of your stay. Not happy with the hotel? Too bad because there’s no refunds and you will still be charged for your entire stay.
Also room essentials need to be picked up near to where you checked it, there’s not even a paper cup in the room much less a coffee machine. Location is good as it’s very close to where the action is. Like a cocktail? $25.00 for simple mix cocktail at the rooftop bar.
Three nights in May expect to pay just over $1000.00.
This is so ridiculous. The lettering on the shower essentials is so tiny that you will need to bring your glasses with you in the shower in order to read the which is which. So dumb.

Rooms are “city sized”, parking around the hotel can get expensive.

1. the location of the hotel is great!
2. The hotel manager at back office is kind enough to agree on our shorten of stay and check out early to refund the fee for night not stayed and made the effort to print out invoices per our request with address.
1. no service and no reception, self check in, the person standing around at the reception is like Robert. no customer service mindset, no smile, no welcome... (eg. I asked in the morning if our room include breakfast, the lady playing with her mobile, said just go to scan your card at the restaurant, I need to further request that "could you just check in your computer in front of you for me?" . Automation or reduced service can reduce cost of running for the hotel, however the hotel rate is same high as 5 star traditional hotels, thus the profit is unfairly taken away from consumers.
2. not safe, they did not check passport and actually this is strange for me, since security is important, not asking for our passports in person at all made me feel unsure what kind of people in the hotel is a black hole. Is this actually compliant with US hotel and security regulation? why the system and process of hotel in US is so not followed as in EU?
3. the room is tiny like 14M2, no water cup or any bottle of water at all, it's like living in a cabin in a ship or a plane, hostel feeling. room is clean, I would say if the hotel rate is at 3 star rate around USD 100-150 then a great hotel, if at USD 493 as we paid, it is really a rape off of a guest.
Also the rate is adjusted by booking, thus I would recommend not to be book fixed, better deal to book last minute at arrive day, because then the rate is dropped from USD 493 to USD 250 around for our case.
Location was great. And the sizes of the room was very good.
