no insect at all, the toilet flusht well, good water-pressure in the shower, exhaust-fan workt in the bathroom, no homeless/vagrant/prostitute on the property, good number of TV-channels --- and, most of all, the room was clean
the bed's mattress is as if there are plastic bags when lying-down & siting on the bed, and doing the latter-(siting [on the bed])-made my back pain constantly since there was no firm support, but siting on the firm chair-(without wheels)-relieved my back-pain --- after leaving the room when checking-out from my 5-day & 5-night stay, my back no-longer hurt like that

It was not clean anywhere on the premises there were bugs in the room I was given I expressed to management and they would not give me a refund instead they changed my room to another room with bugs no microwave sheets or toiletries I took pictures of the bugs showed them to management she said only that room had bugs

The sheet are all so dirty with pubic hair and many black mark and semen or sperm what so ever is it musty looking and many from the bathroom and heater cockroaches and dirty toilet sit and bath tab totally unsanitary

Place is terrible, how did it get on booking.com?
Specifically requested NON SMOKING due to allergies, had to buy spray as u would smell old smoke!
Shower curtain brown n curled up @ bottom from mildew, had to buy one so I could use bathroom, I asked the YL @ desk if people didnt mind it, she said, " they didnt"!
Smoke alarm churping, I told her, she will send s/one @ shift change, when I was getting ready to check out today, a YM came banging on the door saying he is there to fix, I said don't bother, I was leaving!
Carpet hasn't been swept/ vacuumed in ages!
Lots of people living there with dog shit on ground!
Looking @ the room for 2 minutes doesn't tell what's it's like!
