It is modern, super clean , all facilities are functional and customer friendly , it is a family owned hotel and it is outstanding , their restaurant Godfrey’s is gourmet , I will always go back to this hotel
There is no a metro station nearby but that’s not their fault
Godfrey's Cafe is certainly a highlight of your stay. Food and service are exceptional.

Very minimalistic. The cleaning crew turned off the AC when they left the room . It was sticky every day.

The shower seems to be missing a door. There's no iron or ironing board. Staff member wasn't knowledgeable about late dining options. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
Beds were comfy, staff were amazing,. amenities were adorable, ( large water bottles, mini bag of goodies, and a nice laundry bag to take home) Coffee and pastries at restaurant next door were top notch! (you receive coupons for free muffin and/or 5 bucks off an order). The muffins were yummy and baked there. Great Hotel- Please stay! You wont regret it!

Great location, exceptional staff, great restaurant on property, great morning coffee service, and free easy parking onsite.
Comfortable, clean room, but wish there had been another window for a little more natural light.
Clean and modern, good location. Quiet. Tasty breakfast, lunch and coffee shop at front of building.
The voucher for morning « complimentary » muffin was only for one of our two person party, which seemed a little ungenerous. Although the muffins were quite large!

Design, staff & Godfrey’s pastries were wonderful.
The bathroom light was on a timer, which kept going off when I was in the shower. Minor, but annoying.
The bar & bakery downstair is great!

I did not like the lights in the bathroom automatically came on based on motion, and I could not do anything about it. The size was a little bit small for my taste. I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom either. It was more house-like than hotel like. And l know it's a boutique hotel. The elevator was small. This was more like a three star than a four-star hotel. Rating on the site is incorrect. It really was like a three-star hotel. But the price is that of a four star. It's not worth it for me and I would not recommend it personally even though it was clean, if you are looking for something four stars and up
