Location and comfort

Cons:

The front desk person Roseann was super rude. I have stayed at this location previously as well as this time. I cruise a lot an I will not be staying at this hotel again. She had a horrible attitude.

Le tarif incluait toutes les taxes , mais j’ai été débité de 16€ pour taxes . J’ai contacté l’établissement qui m’indique que les taxes inclut le wifi , alors qu’il est marqué comme gratuit sur booking , pour le parking que je n’ai pas utilisé n’ayant pas de véhicule et pour de l’eau dans la chambre alors que je n’avais aucune bouteille d’eau dans ma chambre .
