loved the bed, love the fact we got a beach front even though we didn’t pay for one

Cons:

the water pressure was horrible… it literally dripped didn’t spray, the shower was brown… the water was flipped backwards so cold side was hot and hot side was cold. there was also a dead roach in my floor…

It was very clean! Location was perfect!

Cons:

Staff calling our room in the middle of the night waking us to move our car. Stated that it was in a 15 minute parking zone however that was not marked. Cars next to us were still there the next morning. Also upon check in, a staff member working the desk was clearly on opiates, nodding out, could barely function. Not the best first impression for a facility.

absolutely disappointed and will never stay here again… had to switch rooms three times…
Our first impression as soon as we get out of the elevator is not good knowing that there is marijuana smell everywhere knowing I have two boys accompanying me did not sit well with me.
First room toilet didn’t work and furniture beat up not great..
Second room TV didn’t work phone didn’t work
Third room-everything worked except in one drawer there were teabags and creamers, all stuck together in a drawer, and my son went to use a plastic cup for water , and it was had old rancid milk or puke inside it —so disgusting and horrible smelling.
-front front desk was not at all friendly when we checked in and didn’t seem to really care that we’ve had to switch rooms that many times.
when it’s your first experience in a state that you have not been to in a place that you have not been to and haven’t driven over eight hours… true disappointment.

Aqua Vista stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great.

Cons:

The furnishings in the room were very dated. I didn't like the bathroom and the room lacked natural light. The beds were fairly comfortable.
