We were unable to stay in the hotel as the "ocean view" rooms in the first floor were being remodeled, is what they told us. My husband is in a wheelchair, and I requested an accessible room for wheelchair with an ocean view. The hotel did not have accessible rooms with ocean view. And the ocean view rooms were on the 3rd floor with no elevators in the hotel, so impossible to stay in that hotel. The only available wheelchair accessible room was at the back looking at wall, for that I stay in my house, we see the walls in our hour 360 days a year. We wanted a few days with a view of the ocean.
Location was the biggest appeal and was nice perfect walk to and from beach
Beds were hard ac smelled like urine coffee pot was not Keurig but that's the supplies facility had staffed lied stated not booking for top floor as requested yet they were and did...
No microwave in room, site said microwave and fridge.
Loved the close proximity to the beach.
They are going through updates so some construction in some areas. I do wish the rooms had their own microwave instead of having to go to the office to warm up food. Also there was a half shelf near one of the beds in the two queen bedroom and my wife hit her head twice maneuvering around it.

Comforters on the beds were stained which made me wonder if the sheets were actually clean
Perfect stay within walking distance to the beach. Roomy, spacious, comfortable bed, kitchen was a bonus, a/c worked great.
If you book a suite, the Sleeper sofas were terribly uncomfortable so I’d bring your own bedding, pillows, etc. for those.

Bed 1202 nearest the bathroom, I believe was to be broken, it was crowned, It was a beach hotel so I expected sand to be there but it lacked cleanliness.
I was able to request a crib, was given a pack and play for a child. Which mine will absolutely climb out of
