Väldigt fint hotell. Det låg väldigt centralt och bra i Fort Worth. Personalen i foajén var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Fint poolområde.

Cons:

Vi hade bokat ett dubbelrum inklusive frukost men det var bara frukost för en person som ingick. Det sa att det var så när man hade gjort en bokning via booking och det var deras regler.
Restaurangpersonalen har lite mer att lära av andra. Tog ingen beställning förrän vi fixk gå fram o be dom komma. Och sen fick vi inte allting vi beställt.

I would not choose this place again
Pros:

Great pool , nice beds, excellent air conditioning,lovely shower and products. Valet staff super helpful and friendly, as well as the chef.

Cons:

No table or desk. Only two towels for a 3 people. No regular creamer for coffee. Although hotel and 11th floor did not appear to be full AT ALL,
we were given a room the farthest from the elevator-the clerk checking us in was not friendly . I suspect that there is sometimes a stigma / penance? with third party booking utilization. As my grandchildren commented- FAKE BOUGIE.
