We really like staying at Hampton Inn and thiswascacreally nice one.
Pros:

Nice shower and bathroom. Room was very clean and staff was helpful and pleasant. Air conditioning was also fantastic we were able to be very comfortable on an extremely hot day.

Cons:

Really have no complaints at all. Our stay was very good. Staff was able to provide information about the surrounding area restraunts, we will stay at this location in the future for sure!!

Our stay was comfortable, short but full of things to do.
Pros:

I liked the location, plenty to do close by. The breakfast was incredible.

Cons:

The pool was small and normally crowded so we didn’t use it. A hot tub would be nice also.

A fellow motel ask to cancel my reservation because I needed yo be at the hotel 3 blocks fhospital.

A fellow motel clerk called and asked by reservation by canceled because I needed to be at the motel 3 blocks from from the hospital. The clerk was nasty to my University clerk but said she would cancel. We'll the nasty clerk didnt cancel my reservation and I was charged for the room. Not a great feeling being in a strange city and almost losing my husband. Its 3+ weeks and my husband is still in hospital, but I cant visit again because of the room charge, I do t have the budget to go back and see him.

Friendly staff, great location, broken car windows.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do in and around Cincinnati. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They always greeted guests with a smile, and were very attentive towards guests.

Cons:

It was a little concerning that several guests had their windows In their vehicles smashed in overnight in the parking lot. This is not the first time this has happened. We probably won't stay here again because this seems to be a reoccurring thing, and I don't want to chance that happening to me.
