There was no one there! Empty and creepy.
Pros:

I never checked in because it was empty. Then booking.com charged me for a stay. I called your people and they blew me off. I will never book with your directly or with a third party again.

Cons:

Someone could have followed through with booking.com and helped me with a refund. Im so disgusted.
