Pros:

it was clean and the staff were very helpful

Cons:

the pillows were uncomfortable and the ac was extremely loud. It turns on and off the whole 3 days of my stay. They need to replace it

Perfect, comfortable stay in Laguna Beach!
Pros:

Exceptional stay and best value in Laguna Beach! Great location, walk across the street to see sunsets at the beach. They provided chairs, umbrella, wagon, complimentary bikes and a salt water pool. I loved the comfy bed and beautiful design. Small and simple but everything I needed for a perfect solo stay!
I loved the nightly tea service and the best cookies! Staff was friendly and accommodating, this will be my go to spot when visiting Laguna! Thank you!

Cons:

Honestly nothing… a fire pit in the patio lounge area would be awesome!!

Would come back in a minute! Just so comfortable and great location.
Pros:

Molly and Milli and everyone at reception were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate. The beds are SO comfy and the amenities in the room and the lobby so great. Proximity to the beach is clutch and the included bikes so fun. Just sooo charming. Just know that there are no lounge chairs at the pool (only chairs).@

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Outside parking was ideal for our taller travel van. Amenities were a bit wonky but we managed.

Cons:

By amenities, the air conditioning unit was very close to the bed. With the recent heat wave, the blowing air was intense. And for some odd reason, the TV monitor was not user-friendly and we couldn’t turn off the monitor. It finally shut itself down after some time.

Perfect location in Laguna Beach
Pros:

hotel was updated, well designed. Really pleased that they offered us beach chairs and umbrella free of charge for use at the beach, as well as a tote, cooler and towels - bravo ! Bikes were also available we just ran out of time to use them. Also appreciated the complimentary cookies, coffee and pastries, as well as premium water in our room.

Cons:

would have loved a chair in the room - otherwise everything was perfect.

Pros:

The hotel is lovely. The double full bed room was tight for a family of 4. One morning around 9 am they ran out of regular coffee and did not replenish. At the end of the stay there were occupancy taxes and fees added that were not listed on booking.com, the bill is hard to figure out but believe they also overcharged us for the room.

Cons:

Regular coffee instead of these coffee style tea bags. Up front charges listed on booking.com

everything! the lady from mexico city was great! and soo friendly! and the other lady not sure her name but she has glasses! awesome people!

Pros:

The room was fantastic, featuring great complimentary amenities to enjoy—such as bicycles, a swimming pool, and a cozy sofa perfect for watching the sunset. The location was excellent and convenient, offering a beautiful view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist whenever we needed help

Cons:

The room is rather small, so it feels quite cramped if you have a lot of belongings. The air conditioner is noisy, and the TV doesn't support Netflix or standard screen mirroring. We even downloaded the Google Cast app and purchased a VIP subscription, yet the connection remained very slow and prone to lagging

For traveling for my first time alone this hotel made it feel a lot like
Pros:

This property was outstanding. From the moment you walked in all the way down to the little details within the hotel room made it very easy to stay. I almost wanted to extend in my stay. I love the decor of the hotel rooms. The beds are very nice and so were the bathrooms. Also, the best part about everything was at the staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like, is that the fact that the Wi-Fi was iffy.
